New Mini Sale and Handover
Great service provided by the Sales Team on the purchase of my third mini. Tom Higgins was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. All aspects of the car functionality were clearly explained at the handover today although there was a lot to take in from my perspective.

Excellent sales advice and help with purchase
The sales representative with whom we dealt, Harriett Bryant, couldn't have been more helpful, informative or obliging. She made the whole process of selling my previous mini, arranging the purchase of my new one and arranging the finance for the purchase clear and understandable.

Very mixed service.
Sales process was easy - I was buying remotely. But handover was left feeling oh we have your money here’s your car good bye. Although I must say it wasn’t my sales lady that did my handover.
The automated hard sell via email for extras is a bit annoying also.

No dramas and my new car was delivered on time. So far so good, although it may be an idea to put an ‘idiots guide’ to the new models digital instructions, in the glove compartment.
