Matt in the Stockport store was incredibly helpful, delivery was fast and friendly. Sofa showed up in perfect conditon

We purchased a sofa today, which will be delivered on Friday. The sales assistant, Sarah, was very helpful and provided excellent information to help us choose the best sofa for our needs.
We have previously purchased furniture from James Joseph and are always impressed by the range of furniture in stock. The prices are very reasonable, and free delivery within a day or so is an added bonus.

Sara was really friendly and welcoming. Showed us around and helped us find what we need. 10/10

James from St helens store was the only reason we bought are new sofa , he was polite, respectfull,tuck time to listen to are questions ,explained everything ,will recommend this store ,we'll done James excellent service

Saw a thing on instagram so I went in today to see what its all about and had excellent service from the salesman Matt (Wedge) who was very helpful and hilarious to be around, would recommend and planning to go again soon

Told via email after 2 weeks it would be 4-6 weeks.
Told in week 6 it was being checked in warehouse.
Told in week 7 it won’t arrive in warehouse until week 8.

These people lie, without consequence, and management/senior ignore escalation calls, emails and social media. The service has been abysmal.

Customer Service Agent Pam was amazing !!!!!
My daughter ordered a 3 and 2 seater sofa from the Stretford store for her first home on Easter Monday. It has to be scotch-guarded before delivery and we opted for 17th April - the day she got the keys.
She received a message to say the delivery was to be postponed to the next week. As she is a schoolteacher this was not possible and she would have nothing to sit on when moving in.
I spoke with Pam who said she would investigate why the delivery was moved (as we had not been told any reason why?)
Pam called me back and advised that she had spoken with the warehouse and the sofas would be delivered as agreed on Friday 17th April at 9am. True to her word they arrived bang on time!
Thank you sooooo much Pam for making my daughters experience of moving to her first home with a sofa she could relax on, a reality - you are a star!

They agreed to send a technician out to look at fraying mattress, Dave was professional and attempted to seethe area .
However when I advised that when we lay on it again it would pull away

So I think the service I received was good and the right customer service a customer service deserves

The experience was so easy and made even easier by James in St Helens. He was attentive, helpful and really knowledgeable which helped me choose our couch and even had me coming back to buy a table! Both pieces of furniture are great - thanks

Recently bought a sofa from Joseph James in St Helens.
Me and the wife were welcomed by a gentlemen called James who couldn’t do enough for us. Me and Lindsey are extremely happy with our service and our sofa! Thanks a lot, would recommend anyone to see James.

We went into the St Helens store to browse and bought our 3 and 2 setees there. Excellent prices. Salesman James was very helpful and kept us in touch all the time. Delivered on right day by two very competent men . Overall we are delighted and sitting very comfortable on our new furniture. Highly recommended
