Furniture was as described at a competitive price. Delivery was well organised and I was kept informed at each step of the process.

Excellent quality of chairs, which were much more expensive on competitors website. Had a communication issue with first order but very good customer service sorted it out. Second order was a pre order which i did have to follow up but arrived soon after predicted. My only slight negative is the delivery company Joshua use is outsourced and you have to wait for them to send you a delivery slot, which could be anywhere between 2 days to a week after order. If the delivery slot doesn’t suit there is no alternative other than reschedule and wait for them to give another date, which again, could be 2 days to a week after this. On the positive side, when a delivery date is sorted the communication with the drivers is very good. I presume it’s the reason the chairs can be sold for a lower price. This is the reason for 4 stars not 5.

I have been very disappointed in the response of the company to my dissatisfaction with my chairs. The quality of the seat part of the chair is excellent but totally let down by the quality of the legs. The wood is rough and the grain is very dark nothing like the photo on the website. They really look terrible but the company says there is nothing wrong with them. Should have gone with a better company.

Very helpful when rang to ask questions before ordering, competitive price and was delivered efficiently and when they said, kept updated too.

The customer service was second to none - Kyle was exemplary. We had an issue with one of the chairs and his fantastic customer service made it all run smoothly. Due to this we will definitely use Joshua Interior again.

I love my chair so cosy and soft great value for the money

Absolutely fantastic service provided by Kyle from helping with product selection to delivery and also post delivery. The products are also of great quality. Will absolutely recommend them.

Good quality. Solid wooden frame, attractive leather seating. Comfortable. Delivery was very efficient, as was all communication.

Purchased exactly what I wanted at a good price. Delivery on time and good customer service

Good price for our garden furniture and good communication from Joshua interiors. Unfortunately the delivery was changed a couple of times and the delivery guys were unfriendly and would not unpack the furniture and take away the cardboard. This service is advertised prominently on Joshua interiors website so we were disappointed but it was not the end of the world. Would use them again if the price was right but would double check delivery.

Lovely chairs. Quick delivery and good communication

Quick delivery and an excellent product. Very happy!

Lovely little sofa, perfect for my space. Good price too (though increased by £50 or so from one day to the next). Arrived in good time, pleased with delivery people too. Happy overall.

Great product and great price. Delivered quickly and efficiently.

The mirror cabinets glass were of good quality. Arrived with no cracks due to being packed extremely well. l love the size and look good.

Prompt delivery, lovely item really well packaged.

We have purchased 4 items from the company as we really like the styles offered, and at reasonable prices too. The first three items arrived together, but there was some confusion initially with the delivery pushed back by over a week. Similar happened when ordering our 4th item and I ended up contacting Gallery Direct to arrange a specific delivery date. it feels as if the delivery mechanism doesn't always run smoothly . Joshua Interiors offered excellent Customer Service as one of our items arrived damaged. Kyle dealt with our problem and provided excellent support and that is why we were prepared to order a 4th item from the company. It would have been a five star review were it not for the delivery confusion. We really felt our custom mattered to the company.

The service we received from this company was terrific. One of our items was damaged and the customer service lead sorted that out for us without any problem and was really responsive. We’d order from this company again.
