Fantastic!
I came across JP Opticians and they had the exact model I wanted. I enquired about the delivery time as I was hoping for a pre Christmas delivery. Sure enough everything came together and I ended up with the glasses on time. Pair this with a great price I would recommend JP to anyone.

First class service over Christmas…
First class service over the Christmas rush! Had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly. Delivery tracked (as standard) via DHL which was first class. Quality of product for the price was superb. That is now 3 orders I have placed in the last 18months all with the same results! Will definitely continue with this quality business! I bought a pair of Rayban prescription…
I bought a pair of Rayban prescription glasses 8 months ago and had been happy with them until a few weeks ago. I emailed JP Opticians and explained that I wasn't happy with the frames. The screws to tighten the arms were already as tight as they would go, but the arms were really loose and if I tilted my head to look at the ground, the glasses just slide off my face, and I felt the frames were faulty. They replied to say I would need to send the frames back so they could then forward to Rayban as the warranty lies with the manufacturer, I thought under the Consumer Rights Act, the warranty lies with the shop/store you buy a product from. Who knows how long that is going to take. I don't have a second pair of glasses so I've had to go to my local opticians to buy a pair which I can wear whilst I send the faulty frame back! I asked my local opticians to take a look at the Rayban frame and they felt the frame is faulty. So you may save a bit of money buying attractive frames online, but if something goes wrong with them, it's an absolute pain to get it fixed!!!!!

Hi Lee. I'm sorry that you are not happy but we would like to clarify a couple of things. The screws that attach the sides have no effect on the adjustment of the frame. If they are loose the sides open and close too easily but that is all that they control. If a frame is slipping down and falling off your face it will be that the sides have splayed out with use. This is a very simple adjustment done in practice with a frame heater, it usually takes less than a minute. It's hard to justify a warranty replacement for this. We will be happy to adjust them for you and in the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing fault of course we will replace them as promised.

I was a bit skeptical to buy the product online but I checked other experiences and gave it a try. It's the best company ever. my frame glasses are gorgeous, they came with the case and cleaning cloth, also with the original certificate.
I received it before I expected.

Cannot keep their word
Ordered a pair of sunglasses at the end of July 2022 which were not cheap either. Told it was on back order and to wait. Waited until November (4 months) and had been calling every other week to get an update as the staff could not be asked to keep me informed. After being patient, I unceremoniously get an email stating my order has been cancelled and refunded onto a card I do not even use any longer. really disappointed at the lack of customer service. A courtesy call would have sufficed. To top it off the reason for my order being cancelled rings very untrue because I can find the exact same glasses on many other websites. I called to query my order being cancelled and as expected the manager is too busy to speak to me and no offer to resolve the issue. It's a shame and I will definitely NOT recommend JP Opticians to my family or friends. Wasted my time and really annoyed at their behaviour.
Your response asserting that I would not accept a refund is a lie. A refund was already processed before I was informed. I have the email showing you informing me of the refund after it was already processed. Either way JP opticians is not a vendor I will be using so that's that.

I am sorry that we couldn't source the sunglasses. The supplier doesn't have any and there is currently still no prospect of getting them. We have been in communication with you throughout and we have offered you a refund on every occasion.
Bizarrely when we said that the only thing we could do is refund you said you wouldn't accept a refund. As we cannot fulfil the order we feel this is the only option.
We have removed the sunglasses from our site. We can't see them elsewhere but if you have seen them it must be that they already had them in stock.

Quick service and reasonably priced
This is the first time I’ve ordered prescription glasses on line. Not only were their prices half price compared to the stores, I found J.P. Opticians very helpful when I called them for advice and their online system is easy to use. My Tiffany glasses came within a couple of weeks from begin to end. I will surely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend this company!!
