Speed of Delivery was OK at about 3 days after ordering but Packaging was not up to scratch as my package was not completely protected by Cardboard/Thick Paper packaging, with some parts of my Ironing Board cover only protected by it's clear plastic packaging. Luckily my package arrived undamaged. To their credit their product descriptions and product range are very good.
