I paid extra for 24 hour delivery, but my order has not arrived. I needed these shoes for an important match that I have tonight so this is very disappointing.

I’ve looked into the issue, and it appears that although we dispatched your order on a 24-hour delivery service, Royal Mail unfortunately misplaced the parcel, sending it to the wrong depot. This caused the delay in delivery.

Great service from Just Rackets
Great service from Just Rackets. I realized after placing the order that I would be away from home when the racket was due to be delivered. Gary kindly agreed to delay the delivery until I was back and then sent it by first class post so I got it next day. One small disappointment, the Yonex stencil wasn't used to give the racket the trademark Yonex pattern on the strings. Still deserving 5 stars.

Sent the racket with wrong string even though confirmed several time with the shop
I am very disappointed with this shop!
I bought two racket from this shop. First time was ok. Very please with it and I wanted to buy second one as a backup. The shop offered free restringing. I sent several email to confirm what string and tension I wanted with the racket before and after I made an online order. Someone from the shop confirmed a few time. Waited for a few days and when I received the racket, it was with wrong string. Sent the email informing about the wrong string. They said they were sorry someone did not check properly but I can return it. Sent an email if they cover the return postage. No reply.
I read all the review from others which they did mistake but they tried to solve them so I used this shop online. Will not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.

Just Rackets provided a satisfactory experience overall. Ordering was straightforward, and the prices were reasonable. Communication with customer service, particularly Gary at their Letchworth store, was helpful. Delivery was quicker than expected, arriving within a couple of days. Although there are some negative reviews concerning table tennis tables, my purchase of a tennis racket was smooth and without issues. Nonetheless, it’s always wise to consider mixed reviews when making a decision.
