Useless distillate, misleading description and no response from them
First of all, on their website there is written that lab certificates for every product can be found in its description, but I didn't find it for any product. I bought one THC-B cart "Rocket" version, which is claimed to be even stronger than THC. There isn't a percentage for the compounds in the cart, so I basically don't know what I bought, but since it's the strongest version I had expectations. I got zero effects, even after vaping half of the cart, and it barely tastes of something that reminds the plant but more "synthetic". At this point, I tried to contact them from their webform, but it's broken: the captcha doesn't load in any browser and without any extension. Finally, I sent them 2 emails at the address info@kannastar but they never replied. Totally awkward experience and waste of money.

Amazing customer service
At the beginning it looks that didn’t work because i was not able to switch on. I wrote to the customers care i got a prompt reply with all the right explanations! The vape is working well and the effect is amazing!
