I recently used Kelly's Storage to collect all my items from my loft and transport them to a storage facility, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Living in Australia, I had to coordinate everything remotely, but their professionalism and efficiency made the entire process smooth. Kyle, Scott, and Tom were fantastic—extremely honest and trustworthy. Their WhatsApp service was second to none, with great communication throughout. They even video called me to reassure me that everything would fit into one unit, which really gave me peace of mind. I contacted them on a Monday, and by Thursday, everything had been moved out—now that’s fast! I can see why they get such excellent reviews. Well done, gents! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use their service again.

To put it simply, Kelly's storage have been my saviours in a move that I was handling completely on my own.

One issue that caused me a lot of stress is that I was buying my furniture on Wayfair, which doesn't necessarily offer 1st floor delivery. I couldn't possibly lift the furniture on my own to the first floor either. And I couldn't deliver the furniture into my old flat as it was too small to store it all. The obvious solution to me was to find a storage company who could reception and keep my deliveries, then re-deliver to me on the 1st floor once I moved. I contacted several storage and moving companies but none could provide that service. Until I called Kelly's storage and the person I spoke to said "Actually, we did that for someone recently!"

Just like that, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. Arranging for my storage unit to be set up was very quick, and done entirely remotely. Oli, my main point of contact, was super efficient and responsive and he even did a stock check at my request. It was also quite cheap considering how much it helped me so I also hired Kelly's storage services to assemble some furniture that was too challenging to do on my own. The team who came to deliver my furniture and assemble it was great, professional and friendly, despite the heat and the fact that some of my furniture was a bit challenging to figure out.

Moves are so stressful, but I can honestly say that Kelly's storage has taken off so much stress of my shoulders with their services.

I would 100% use their services again if I move in the future.

The payment system is terrible. Bills that you have paid are shown as unpaid, and customer service representatives blame you, claiming that the system is working correctly. It's impossible to communicate. They don't even respond to the emails I send. And they’re probably intentionally messing with the system to make you stay longer, or they’re not making any effort to investigate the issue. They are never helpful and expect you to do their job. My belongings are practically being held hostage.

UPDATE!

I would like to thank the Kelly's team for their quick and effective assistance in resolving my issue. Although I initially encountered a representative who was unable to help, the team that later handled my case resolved the problem and was very helpful. However, I noticed that the invoice I previously paid still appears as unpaid in the system, which is a bit concerning for the future. Nevertheless, I am happy that my furniture has arrived and I was assured there is no issue with the payment. Hopefully, this does not come up as an issue again.

Calum and Jay are absolute legends. Friendly, professional and solid at their job. We had a bit of a nightmare flat to move out of but they made it look easy. Used them a few years ago and this was another faultless experience with Kelly's, can't recommend them enough 👌

Tony and Jay were professional and courteous from the moment they arrived. They introduced themselves and set about dismantling furniture and packing my daughters belongings into their van. All was done with care and respect and any questions were asked to ensure everything was correct and as we wanted. Fantastic communication right down to a text to inform me that my daughters belongings had been safely stored. It's a long time since I've dealt with such professional people and a company who treated me like a person. Can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you Tony and Jay!

I have to give praise to Kelly’s Storage who today took my items into storage. My items were properly, carefully wrapped, protected and stored in to pods.

I would like to commend Callum, Liam and Sam who were absolute professionals and had a great sense of humour despite working in the rain.

A smooth move from Bracknell to Brighton that went extremely well! An amazing team of 4 lovely guys: Reece, Mike, Josh and Mark, who went above and beyond and looked after our belongings. I have to say this was the best and efficient move we had to date. (and we move quite a lot). Would highly recommend Kelly's Storage.
