Great customer service needed help as to what fit my 2026 XPS 1000 and lady was very helpful,I ordered glass windshield and the way it was pack was very impressive and was very easy to install and looks great . I only wish they had a rear windshield to fit my 2026 Polaris XPS 1000 ultimate, but other than that great place to shop

60 days After Broken down. But there's no way for repairing or no return . I've never had this kind of experience.
Only 2 month after I purchased the cart has broken down. I need be returning or tepairing if don't refund. But you have no branch around here even in the USA . Ive trusted Japan made product . Now tell me what is best way ? Can you send me new product with discounted price without battery , remote controller.? Because it looks ok.

I ordered the saddlebag organizers, and apparently they do not come with the fasteners! Ho am i supposed to fasten them! Hy don’t you supply them with the product! Dumb!

Saw horror stories of refunds taking…
Saw horror stories of refunds taking forever. The steel frame upper doors did not fit my Maverick X3 like I thought they would. May be perfect for a brand new machine, but you need to purchase some door hinge support before you buy.
Anyways, even though I had to pay a $38 shipping fee to get it back to them, the experience was quick and easy. Refund hit the bank the next morning after it was shipped back. Product costs more on Amazon but shipping is free, either way, happy with my product it just didn’t work out!

Polaris Ranger Crew xp1000 roof fan
Received my package fairly quickly. It was pretty straightforward on instalation very easy and comes with instructions that have visual questions. I already purchased a second roof fan and should be getting that installed in the next couple of days. Definitely well worth the money.

Kemimoto is my go to utv parts source!
I have purchased many items from kemimoto, both directly, and through ebay and Amazon. All the products have fit well, and met expectations. Service when needed was good also. I eben needed some wiring diagrams for a non standard install, and they were helpful also.
