Kemimoto great customer service!
Kemimoto products are well described and illustrated and work very well. I was initially skeptical about the customer support using an email system. No need to be! The AI scan of my first contact was accurate and asked for specific relevant detail and a video. The response to the video was an email “elevating the event to a human”. Contact by the human was fast and accurate (next day), resolving the issue. WAY better than wasting time on hold and talking to a person without an answer! Great job Kemimoto!

Great customer service!
Even though I wasn't able to get the product that I ordered, the representative gave me the option to wait for the product to be restocked or take a full refund. I would definitely come back in the future.

This company is great
This company is great. I ordered some thing for my motorcycle. The next day, I realized that was not going to work with my motorcycle. I emailed the company and asked them to cancel the order. Since the order was not shipped yet they were able to cancel the order and refund my money. This whole transaction only took about two days. I was impressed on how quickly they replied to my email and helped me.

Harley-Davidson Footboard Spacers
The 1 1/2" floorboard spacers are a game changer in riding my bike. My feet no longer hang 1/2 way off of the footboard and the heel of my right boot is away from the exhaust pipes on my Road Glide. My knees are away from the gas tank placing my hips at a natural angle for me.
I feel like I'm placing my feet on a solid floor when I place them on the footboard.

We’re sorry for the frustration. We did provide a return label to assist with your return, even though the stated return reason did not normally qualify for a prepaid label under our policy. When we proceeded to process the refund, we found that a chargeback had already been opened. We have accepted the chargeback, so the refund will now be handled through your bank or card issuer.
