Fast response and great result

Your on-line ordering system needs work. I ordered, or tried to, two books that required two transatlantic calls to finally get done.
Too many on-line ad's including one for a book I have already ordered.

The first book I ordered got lost in the mail, once I notified Key Publishing they quickly sent a replacement which I received. Very pleased with service.

A quick and accurate response. They produce an excellent magazine (*Classic Land Rover*) in print format—which is fantastic—and they continue to ship to Continental Europe (Portugal in particular).

Quick reaction, corrected my fault (double renewal of subscription), quick refund.

Their selection of magazines is incredible - handling topics few other publishers address and constantly adding new titles to their selection. Customer Service is fantastic: always prompt, friendly and helpful. And shipment to the United States is excellent, with fast shipment times in delivery. I definitely recommend Key, as they are a pleasure to do business with!

Quick responses to my queries. Great coverage of aviation heritage and history. Once I have finished each issue, this SQNLDR Armament Engineer, RAAF Retired(46.5yrs service) donates it to the RAAFA WA Aviation Heritage Museum Library to add to the wide array of aviation history stored there. It is greatly appreciated by our volunteer librarians.

I queried why my issue of Modern Railways was late when a pal had received his the previous week.
I had a very prompt response and was sent a replacement.

My latest issue of Modern Railways didn’t arrive. Lost in the post somewhere! After contacting Key Publishing a replacement arrived in two days. Very satisfied with their service.

Computer purchasing overseas is difficult. As an old guy in my 80s computer steps are not my friend. one step procedures would be far easier and the alternative over seas phone calls are too expensive.
Great magazine , long time reader. Please keep it simple. PS. in these ,references in US dollars do not go over well with Canadians.

I realise I wqs late paying my August Buses mag - paid on 11th August which did not help you. I had an email from you asking me to tell you why I had stopped subscribing. I amnswered that I had not stopped and explained I had paid on 11th August for YEAR AND GAVE YOU THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER i HAD BEEN SENT. YOU ANSWERED WITH YOUR AI SYSTEM WHICH COVERED ALL THE POINTS i HAD MADE AND THEN i HAD AN EMAIL FROM YOUR STAFF TO CONFIRM MY PAYMENT AND AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER bUSES MAG WERE EN ROUTE TO ME. CAN'T SAY BETTER THAN THAT!

I have been a subscription subscriber for aviation magazines from key publishing for many years now.Excellent magazine material on aviation topics every month, I always look forward to to receiving my copies.
Always good value for money.
The latest edition of Airliner World was lost by Royal Mail, so I did receive it. I contacted Customer Services to inform them, and immediately dispatched a replacement copy to me, I am vey grateful to them and the fact they really look after their subscription customers. Having failed to receive my October issue of Flypast Magazine I contacted Key Publishing. I received an email from a lady called ? Hellen. I provided the requested details, then received another email informing me that arrangements had been made to dispatch another copy of the missing magazine. All of this within a 4 hour period.

The September 2026 issue of Combat Aircraft had the envelope stuck to the magazine cover.

Key Publishing responded to my raising this problem very quickly, replacing the September issue and promising to see how they can prevent this happening again, with their posting service.

This has been a very good service from Key Publishing, which I appreciate.
