Great service. Very clear at explaining issues and next steps. Process couldn’t be any simpler

I had two cataract procedures.
Staff were approachable and professional.Booklet explaining the procedure was clear and helpful. During the procedures I felt comfortable and listened to. I would definately recommend their service and use it again. My only negative comment is that it was difficult getting through on the phone which was often engaged for long periods although they provided a call back servi ce.

The experience was straight forward from getting transport from the car park to the hospital . Everyone was very helpful. The consultant was very helpful and explained every process very well .

Would have to say it was a pleasant experience, all the personnel on the desks were very helpful and friendly and a complimentary coffee which was very welcomed after my long trip .

I attended for an ultrasound scan and from I entered the building was made to feel very welcome by all staff. I was seen on time and I felt the Dr took time to listen to my concerns and explain my ultrasound result. Overall a very professional service and I would definitely recommend.

From my first inquiry to Kingsbridge Private Hospital to the final checkup after hip replacement surgery my experience has been nothing but positive. The staff, receptionists, nurses, anaesthetists, physios and kitchen staff couldn’t do enough to make your stay comfortable. A particular thanks to Mr Laurence Cusick and his team for a very successful hip replacement. The aftercare was second to none. I would be more than happy to recommend Kingsbridge Hospital to anyone needing a hip replacement. Thank you to everyone involved in making my stay there a positive one.

I recently attended Kingsbridge Hospital for a procedure with Vascular Surgeon Mr Colin Weir. From start to finish my experience was very positive, from Reception Staff, Nurses to Mr Weir I cannot fault the service I received. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kingsbridge Hospital.

Receptionist welcome was very professional, efficient and friendly.
Mr Tom Johnston physio was also very welcoming and extremely helpful and reassuring about my recovery from hip replacement. Advice for further exercises much appreciated.

Mr McMullan was a gentleman who did my surgery and the after care fabulous. I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery and the care I have gotten from all the staff also.

I had my first surgery follow up with Nurse specialists Honor and Melissa. I was very nervous but both gave me great reassurance. My wounds were gently cleaned and tidied up. The follow up was to wear a boot and the mechanics of using it were explained very well to me. I was shown exercises to aid my recovery. All in all a very positive experience.

Everyone from the car park attendant, the pick-up driver and the receptionist were professional and pleasant. The orthopaedic surgeon , Mr Pooler Archbold whom I had an appointment with was informative, efficient and his general friendly yet professional demeanour put me at ease.
