I ordered some made to measure doors and drawer fronts for a customer. The lead time was good and the quality was also very good. Great service especially with the hinge cutting to save time. All in all very pleased with the service and the quality. The delivery was on time. I will be back if any other customers want a kitchen makeover.

Excellent match!
I don't think I could have got a closer match! You would never know the difference between my current doors/panels and the ones I replaced.
Packaged very well, all arrived on time.
I would say that the website could do with some improvements, as when ordering the drawer fronts, you have to select "standard door" as the option, so can be a bit confusing, but overall, very happy and would 100% use again!

Resposta da Kitchen Door Workshop
Hi Kelly
It's great to hear that you found such a close match with our doors and panels and that everything arrived safely with you and on time.
We are sorry to hear you found our website slightly confusing when you ordered your drawer front. We supply replacements for a variety of different companies so we understand that it can be tricky. Our Customer Service Team are always on hand to help should you ever need any advice in the future.
As there are no standard sizes across the industry for drawers we decided anything 282mm or lower in height would be supplied in the drawer front design and anything 283mm or higher would be supplied in the door front design. This information can be found in the product specification tab on the doors page.
We appreciate your comment and will take your feedback on board.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5* review, we look forward to ordering from us again soon!

Great Site - Great customer care
Have used the site a few times now as the customer service is great and communications top notch. Help is at hand if needed as it took a little getting used to the working of the site. They had everything needed for updating your kitchen and with colour swatch was able to perfectly match what I needed.

Dealing with kitchen Door Workshop has…
Dealing with kitchen Door Workshop has been first class. They sent out colour samples (free of charge)
and gave good advice.
I ordered the doors over the phone it couldn’t have been easier.
Their Web site is very informative and simple to operate, however the colour photography is a little misleading. Always get a colour swatch.
I look forward to receiving my doors.

Hi Philip
It's great to hear that you you found it easy to order from us and are happy with the 1st class service you received.
Yes, we always advise customers to take full advantage of ordering our free sample colour swatches before placing an order to ensure that they are happy with the colour.
Our colour swatches are the exact vinyl used on the doors and give a true representation of the colour and finish. We are aware that something as simple as a different screen resolution can present the colours differently from one customer to the next!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5* review.

Resposta da Kitchen Door Workshop
Hello Mrs Horne
I am sorry to hear that you have found your matt finish doors so hard to clean, we appreciate how frustrating it must be to see fingerprints and other dirty marks on your new doors.
Since purchasing your doors over a year ago, we’ve sold thousands of matt doors, and it is very unusual to hear of difficulties relating to keeping the doors clean.
We will be in contact directly to chat everything over.
Thank you for your review.

Hi Coleen,
It’s lovely to hear you found the service efficient and friendly!
Delivery of big bulky items (like kitchen doors) is always a bit tricky, and we’ve erred on the side of having reliable couriers who take good care of things, rather than the cheapest possible option.
That said, we’re constantly in conversation with our delivery partners about how to get the best price for the best service, and we appreciate your feedback on this subject.
Thank you for your review!
Kind Regards,
Kitchen Door Workshop.

Easy ordering from start to finish, great guidelines for how to measure cupboards. Prompt delivery, really great how they give you a delivery date in advance and good quality. Plus the web site gives you a clear picture of colour and design of the cupboards. I got exactly what I wanted.

Very happy with service and doors.
We liked the fact that we could order a cheap sample to check that we had the right match. I phoned up three times with questions (then I watched their video and realised I had wasted their time!) and each time they were very helpful. The order arrived on the specified day. The doors and drawer fronts are good quality and look good. Overall, we were very impressed.
