We recently had a new kitchen installed by Kitchen World,lee was spot on with the planning,also advice on choosing the right kitchen that we wanted,the kitchen fitter Richard was impeccable with his work and attention to detail,overall a fantastic job,we would highly recommend Kitchen World to anyone who is upgrading their kitchen,we are very happy we chose them,thankyou. This is the easiest 5 star review to write. Our kitchen was really dated and needed replacing. We had not heard of Kitchen World before, but found them through an internet search and their reviews were excellent.
We visited the Kitchen World showroom and found the choice to be vast, so we booked Lee to come out and give us some help. Lee was absolutely brilliant. You would expect a planner to be in your house for an hour to do the measuring etc, Lee was with us for nearly 3 hours! His attention to detail was exceptional and he came up with some brilliant ideas, especially as our kitchen is quite complex in shape. We were really impressed with Lee and he completely sold us his company and service in that one visit.
We made several more visits to the showroom over the next two months to pick and choose our kitchen. Lead time was around 4 months to our install, so we had plenty of time. Lee and his staff were extremely helpful on our visits and nothing was too much trouble for them. Lee even made other visits to us before the install as we were doing the rip out ourselves and uncovered all sorts of little headaches. Lee arranged all the other work, plasterer, electrician, plumber etc and also recommended a floor installer.
The install, including all the other work, took just under 4 weeks. Steve, our installer was incredible and an amazing craftsman. He would always ask us for our thoughts and opinions, and consulted with us on all the little quirks and hiccups which naturally materialised throughout the install...nothing was too much trouble for him.
We are absolutely delighted with the kitchen. The quality of the materials and installation is far and away above what you would get from the high street brands we all know and the service we received was brilliant.
We would urge anyone contemplating a new kitchen to go and see the showroom, its huge and covers all tastes with the exceptional range.
We thoroughly recommend Kitchen World and will not hesitate to use them when needed in the future!

Extremely happy with our kitchen. Lee was very helpful and attentive without being pushy. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. All the tradesman were responsive to our needs and respectful of our property. I would highly recommend Kitchen World and have only marked them down a star because the installation took twice as long as planned (although this was outside of Lee’s control and remit).

Excellent service from Lee and his colleagues. The wardrobes are first class, delivered and installed on time and at a very good price. We will definitely use this company in future.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Lee Bennett guided us through what would be the best configuration and option for our kitchen, which we were more than receptive to. So much so we went ahead and placed the order. Outstanding service didn’t stop there. We were equally impressed with Richard the kitchen fitter, the receptionist, the delivery men, the electrician and all other supporting staff. Thank you all, our kitchen is great! This was my husband and and I’s first visit to Kitchen World. It was recommended to us by a neighbour.
Lee Bennett was amazing, not at all pushy. He was really helpful and answered our many questions honestly ( no sales ‘spiel’) He made the whole experience so much easier and we couldn’t have wished for a better experience. It was also quick turnaround from choosing our kitchen to having it fitted. Another Lee, this time the kitchen fitter, did a quality job. We did have a few snagging issues but they were satisfactorily resolved. Overall a 5 star service. Thank you.

Just had a new kitchen fitted from Kitchen World, from start to finish it's been a very good experience.
Lee Bennett helped us with the design and gave us very good advice on choosing what we wanted.
The fitter (also called Lee) was excellent at his job, couldn't fault his workmanship. He was very polite , knowledgeable and did an excellent job.
We would definitely recommend this company , very impressed from start to finish.

We recently had a catastrophic kitchen fire at our house destroying most of our possessions. Y obviously a distressing time.

I contacted Kitchen World and asked them to send a representative to give us a quotation for a new kitchen and related works.

The guy who arrived to do the quotation was immediately confrontational telling me what he was and wasn’t going to do. At no point was he at all interested in my views and thoughts. To be honest it was as if he didn’t want to be there and it was all a chore for him.

His general attitude was not at all customer focussed. Everything I asked for he gave me a negative response “if you have that it will be more expensive” and “I am not willing to do that”. His communication skills were non existent and there was absolutely no sympathy about the state of things.

The only positive thing he told me was that they had been supplying and fitting kitchens since 1996.

I was so frustrated by his attitude I cut short the visit and told him not to bother going any further. This led to him stomping out and screeching off in his car wheels spinning.

They claim to be customer focussed and to “maintain exceptionally high standards”. Unless you are happy to experience this sort of attitude take your business elsewhere?

This is the second project for us by Kitchen World in just over a year. From conception to completion of installation, Kitchen World project managed this superbly. Installation started on time with the removal and disposal of the old bedroom units. Lee, the fitter, was polite, courteous and helpful and he completed the fitting of the new bedroom units in the planned timeframe to the highest standard. We would always recommend Kitchen World.

Like most, we’d saved for many years to finally get the kitchen we really wanted. A domestic kitchen capable of being used as a commercial kitchen as well to enable working from home. We looked at many kitchen manufacturers until we came across the reviews recommending Kitchen World. After a couple of sneaky visits listening to how other customers were being dealt with, we were happy to make an initial appointment. After being shown all options by David, he proceeded to explain how they could build a custom unit to house all my catering mixers etc (and to look damn stylish too!), that sold it for me. After agreeing the design, we were amazed to find it could be fitted in just a few weeks (other companies were anything up to 12 months lead time). Fitting week arrived and the old kitchen disappeared, walls were plastered, and the kitchen was fitted. Now, when people talk about kitchen fitters there’s 2 types, kitchen fitters and craftsmen. Kitchen World certainly have the latter. One example, the kitchen worktop was hand carved at the joints so there are no angles, just a gentle, perfect continuous curve. That attention to detail was shown throughout the build in all areas, one door had a blemish (I couldn’t see it at all) and it was removed & a new one made & fitted. The final kitchen is WAY beyond what we could have imagined and 4 weeks later we’re still sitting in there more than any other room in the house. Its Perfect!
