Excellent service
Engineer turned up early, which I agreed to, because he completed earlier jobs ahead of time.
Completed the work of installing new wire etc in 90 minutes. He was polite, put on overshoes when inside and explained what he was doing as he went along. He made sure the line speed was good before finishing.
Everything was tidy when he left.
KN group .. ignorant and uncaring over damage to property
After the engineer dragged spilled oil up and down my hall stairs and some on my wall paper ( accidentally and did apologise) I contacted both EE and BT who put me on to there sub contractor KN who had done the works
Despite weekly emails for months I heard nothing back , explains I had young kids and a dog who were stepping in the oil ( as it wouldn’t clean off ) and needed this sorted as it’s a health hazard, threatened newspapers , ombudsman , trust pilot etc there’s was still no reply
Eventually after giving them a time scale before I went to a solicitor I received a text message from a manager who eventually sent someone out to assess the damage ( this was 4-5 months later ) the manager said he will clean the oil ( baring in mind I’ve tried ) I’ve said that’s no acceptable and would like the carpet replaced and that would be a good will guesture for the months of ignorance….. still waiting on a reply months later which obviously isn’t happening
Never felt with such an ignorant company in my life ….. EE/BT kn group are carrying your name so id advise you have words with them
Cowboy operators
Cowboy operators who made an absolute horlicks of fitting my fibre optic cable. They screwed the cable to upvc fascia and tacked it along the upvc soffit. Fortunately after the cable blew down Openreach put it right by attaching the cable to the brick gable end and tacking it along the brickwork. Don't let Circet anywhere near your home. Be warned.

Opon checking in it would be great if you were told about paying for the safe before going to your room as if you want it you have to back to reception to do it.The bedding on the bed was non existent no top sheet only a thin throw. Need better pillows and at least 2 each. Bath towels were way too small ,some were thread bare & had holes. Not enough coat hangers in the wardrobe. No where at the sink to hang the hand towel. The soap dispensers were a waste time too hard to use. When it rained there were a few puddles around no one seemed to be around to squeegee it away ,the over flow pipes had no drain under them so formed puddles. There were small piles of debris laying around . It was a week before they were cleared away then this was done by the life guard! Two out of the three pools were freezing hence nobody were using them(except for the brave) The life guard sat under his umbrella frozen with a coat & joggers on. Not that there was anyone to rescue!! Having a room near the pool was great ,shame if you wanted to go to the heated pool it meant leaving your balcony door open otherwise you had to walk all the way round. The entertainment was down to one person to sort. There was music was played all day around the pool, which there was quite annoying at times. The food in the restaurant was okay but you had to make use of the microwave as it was only Luke warm. There was not enough crockery, you were always looking for stuff. The cereal station had plates under neath ,so you had to find a bowl. The bread station had dinner plates no butter/ marg near by. Not enough mugs / glasses which were water marked. No teaspoons for your tea/coffee only wooden ones. Steak knives instead of ordinary knifes. The spoons for pudding/soup were like tablespoons. The whole layout was a miss mash it needed more organisation, come the high season I would imagine it will be a nightmare.
Really poor service
Echoing many other comments here. Circet was subcontracted from Openreach to do a fibre installation. They never showed up, never provided any status, and apparently Openreach couldn't contact them either, so could provide no updated status.
Another day of nothing done
Yesterday I waited for the afternoon 12 to 4pm for fibre to be installed at 4 15pm a technician arrived but could not install as a civil team had not arrived as booked in to do the job
I took yesterday afternoon off work to ensure I got the fibre installed
This is the 3rd time I have taken time off work and each time there has been an excuse as to why it has not been installed
On the first occasion a technician showed up late in the day and said it was too late to commence work
On the second occasion they realised they need a civil s team
I have requested to speak to a senior manager on each occasion and on each time I was told it will take between 48 to 72 hours yet I never got a phone call back
Is there an option for a ZERO stars…
Is there an option for a ZERO stars review. Appalling.
They installed my fibre back in August, they managed to damage brickwork and made a right mess in my house. Raised with openreach who passed me to Circet only to find it was KN group who actually did the install. Openreach don't want to know. DWF claims have been chasing them and still no response. Avoid !
Appalling Service
This is probably the most appalling service I have received from a provider. I ordered broadband last year and despite months of over and back, Circet have still not installed the broadband. I had even organized a day off work to be at home and they did not contact me to advise that it was not going ahead. I was contacted by the engineer on the day to advise me that he did not have the right equipment. I attempted to request a manager call back on numerous occasions however this did not happen. The call centre staff are extremely rude. Broadband providers should not using this company to install broadband.
Circet - almost sweatshop labour
Circet is a funny company.
The people you meet and talk to are nice, but they all - without fail - tell you how they are essentially abused by their management.
And glassdoor reviews back this up.
The staff call it “circus" instead of Circet, because of how badly it's managed.
They have repeatedly tried to help, but every single time they have too few staff to open the box. Then we wait an hour for another employee to show up. And then it turns out they can't fix it.
Always feel a bit icky afterwards, because the staff is always so depressed.
And in fact the best engineer we dealt with has since quit, because he was tired of the abuse.
And check the other reviews. They're all the same. Mismanagement and abuse of staff creates a lot of negative experiences for customers. But - one and only assume - a few extra euros in the bank account.
Bad company
Today is the third day that they didn't show up, call centre are a joke, when I called today a girl with a strong Dublin accent let on that my eir code was not on the system so I couldn't complain. I hung up and called again and a different girl answered and could find my details straight away. My new appointment will be the 4th time we need to take a day off work. I've asked for managers to give me a call back but they never do. I think it's time we all start complaining to NBI, if they might lose there contract that might get them to start caring for there customers. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Absolutely disgraceful company the kn networks left me and still with no tv and Internet I have 3 kids 2 are autistic and self harming from not having Netflix I have ask 5 times for a supervisor to ring me and still no call they only ring me to say that the insulation is getting pushed back very very unprofessional company
My engineer Jason did a fantastic job
My engineer Jason did a fantastic job, along with his trainees. Great job lads, thank you and thanks Jason for coming back to help with the eero setup!
Cowboys
Cowboys, don’t let them anywhere near your house and think twice about allowing Sky to install new broadband into your property. Burst a water pipe and still to repair the mess they created 3 months on. The whole lounge needs repainting. When you try to claim you get passed by Sky to Openreach who pass you on to DFS claims who pass you on to KN Group who never get in touch.
Do not let Circet contractor onto you…
Do not let Circet contractor onto you property on behalf of BT Openreach. Absolutely awful company to deal with. Caused over £700 damage to my property.
BT Openreach say not their responsibility. Plusnet our broadband supplier refuse to help.
Circet don’t answer the phone, have tried numerous times. My damage claim went to BT insurer they forwarded it to Circet claims and the only response is an email saying they are extremely busy and will respond within 5 days. Nothing. Email again and again and again. Same response we will get back to you in 5 days. These emails signed by someone named Amanda Carter, Group Insurance Manager.
This has been going on for two months.
WARNING Don’t let CIRCET work on your property.
BT Openreach and Plusnet should also be shamed as it is their contractor.
Unhelpful sfaff
Came to my property for fiber installation. Left without telling me whats wrong. Got a message saying additional work work was required before installation can proceed.
Gave them a ring, I was told the technician identified that heavy civil work was needed, and apparently public work license is needed, funnily enough the post is on a private which is owned by me, and it stands against my wall. And between the post and gate(less than 6 metres), where there is an existing duct already and no public property or road in between.
Another technician from their company who was doing work on another house looked at it on my requeat and was amazed by the public license requirements and told me that the work that was marked hardly needs an hour.
Now gave circet a call without any hwlp other than the promise of a callback in less than 48 hours, that was a week and half back and still they are radio silent.
From the gate to my house there is a duct setup already, so unfortunately whats standing between me and fast internet is circet.
Unfortunately I am stuck, might give up on NBI fiber and move to starlink even if it won't give me the same speed.

Gordon was excellent explained what he was doing the job was quite difficult but he continued on until it was completed. Very helpful and polite representative of the company
Dreadful company
Dreadful company.
Booked home broadband through Vodafone. They hire these cowboys to come out and install the line.
So, they took three weeks to send some young fella who arrived at the last minute, He also brought up an eircom modem (I had to tell him I'm Vodafone). He had quick look around and straight up told me he wasn't experienced enough to do my install. Left.
It took another week before the two new engineers would arrive (took two according to the first guy. Later found out he put down requirement of needing two for my install. This is because they get paid only for installing. This meant the first cowboy could recharge for his time even though he didn't install).
So that date arrives, got a call to say they had to cancel. Rearrange for Monday.
Phonecall again on the Monday telling me it'll now be in the evening.
Anyways two of them finally arrived separately. Took an hour or so to install the line.
They told me the first guy that came to install was a chancer and knew well how to do my job but he just couldn't be bothered. There was no need for the second engineer. He literally did nothing and straight up told me it was some type of scheme they were doing to make sure they were all paid.
So, once done I asked where the modem was to which the guy said 'not my problem. You need to call vodafone' . I asked him why did the initial guy bring albeit an eircom modem? He simply said because he's an idiot and they both left quickly no goodbyes. AVOID these jokers.
Conscientious and excellent…
Conscientious and excellent communication. Both went out of their way to meet my emergency last minute change of appt needs. Rearranging their workload to ensure my broadband connection could be completed today 🙏
Very happy customer with new amazing broadband!
Fiber Installation
I had the pleasure of having Steven Behan come over to install broadband in my apartment, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient, despite some difficulty due to where I live in the countryside. He explained everything clearly, made sure the setup was exactly as I needed, and left the place tidy. It was a hassle-free experience, highly recommend Steven for any broadband installation needs!
DO NOT LET KN INSTALL AN UNDERGROUND…
DO NOT LET KN INSTALL AN UNDERGROUND FIBRE BROADBAND SERVICE FOR YOU! Their service is substandard and not in accordance with NBI guidelines. They lay the cable an inch below the surface only in a anti rodent conduit. Sometimes they just lay the cable on the ground. The cable is supposed to be protected by a proper duct and buried 450mm below the surface. You could easily snag that cable just planting a shrub! How much will it cost you to get it repaired as you will have to lay a new cable (as splicing fibre is not recommended). NBI only provide lip service. If you ask KN to install as per NBI standards, they will say they don't provide that service and then tell the service provider that you would not accept the service. The service provider will then cancel your order. NBI will then not speak to you as there is no order on record. You just go round in circles! There is no supervision of KN work as far as I can see.
