I had such a wonderful shopping experience at Koskii! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. They made me feel so comfortable and truly took the time to understand what I was looking for. Their warmth and professionalism made the whole experience special.

Goods quality is good as always but customer service is very pathetic. they judge people by their attire while they visit the store. They are not ready to show the collections even though i purchased two expensive sarees

Ordered a Salwar suit for my aunt for her birthday and she loved it. We had to return the one we ordered initially as she liked a purple one instead of the grey that we ordered. The Koskii customer service team were kind enough to coordinate the return and in processing a refund. Thank you!
