We moved into our new home and inherited a 10 year old Lacanche Macon. We had never used one before and thought it best to book a full service through Fourneaux de France. The engineer was fantastic, giving us lots of information on how to use and care for our cooker, and he corrected and repaired what was needed. It was very reassuring to hear that it has many more years left in it and they would soon send someone out again if we had any problems.
We were very happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend.

We've had our Lacanche Macon for 3 years now and absolutely love it. It is used daily and never disappoints in it's performance.

We recently had an issue with one of the ovens and called the service team at Forneaux de France. I had thought the warranty was only 2 years so delighted to find the cooker still covered by its 3 year warranty.

The response and service we received were amazing and a standard I've seldom experienced elsewhere. If you judge an organization by how they respond to problems Lacanche, and Forneaux de France, were outstanding.

The engineer arrived as scheduled and repaired the ovens so that they are both as good as new. The service was excellent with the engineer allowing us to understand what had caused the damage to the ignition and advising us well. A truly wonderful engineer and brilliant job! Exemplary! We are truly thankful to own a Lacanche cooker! Brilliant!

Best customer experience ever.

My electric oven wasn't working and when I called for help, the customer service representative was both friendly and efficient, scheduling my service promptly.

The technician who arrived to repair my oven was not only courteous but also highly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and the repair process to me, which I greatly appreciated. The service was thorough, and its great to know that my 25 year old cooker is still in great condition!

I cannot emphasize enough how satisfied I am with Lacanche. This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend Lacanche for their professionalism and expertise. Thank you, Lacanche!

From the first phone call to the Engineer completing the job, the service was first class. Polite but friendly professionalism throughout the Company. The Engineer took his time to explain everything to us and we were suitably impressed. Thank you Lacanche ! We love our cooker btw!

The engineer turned up on time having called us before to tell us he was on his way. From the moment he arrived he was friendly, polite and professional. He explained what he would be doing, he clearly had a high regard for the Lacanche brand and good knowledge of it. He told us approximately how long it would take and on completion he fully tested the ovens and hobs making sure the oven was reaching temperature correctly and that the gas hobs were firing well. All in all a positive experience with the Lacanche engineer.

Purchased our LACANCHE CLUNY oven in 2001and only just had its first full Premier service January 2024..( built to last )…
The whole process from ringing up to arrange a technician to call to check it over and replace any parts that needed replacing / adjusting was carried out in a very professional 5***** way.
The technician phoned 30mins before arrival and on arrival explained everything he was going to do and also how much each individual part was going to cost.
When he had completed the work he talked me through and showed me all the work he had done and also tested everything.
We are 100% happy with the whole process from start to finish.

Our Lacanche oven/hob is over 10 years old and the only issue we had with it were some small mechanical items that had aged with use.

The service we received from Lacanche was superb. Great communications, the service technician kept us fully updated on his arrival and arrived on time. The work was carried out promptly and professionally. We would not hesitate to recommend Lacanche Service.

I'm not sure how many range cookers would stand the test of time as ours has - 22 years so far. Obviously things have gone wrong and had to be replaced, but I suspect most brands do have failures from time to time. Servicing and repair call outs have been very good and the engineers very pleasant each time. These cookers are built for heavy use and the robust quality reflects that, but I would say that there is a learning curve (as with an Aga I suspect), to get used to their operation and the temperature controls. As the engineer pointed out, the French just want no-frills cookers without the need for fancy bells and whistles, auto timers, oven lights etc. Hopefully we will still have more years use out of ours!

Engineer arrived promptly having given 30 mins notice of his arrival. Repair and service carried out thoroughly and successfully. Friendly and professional service. Engineer explained the repairs required before proceeding and gave me a thorough explanation of the overall condition of my cooker. Also explained the accessories that were available in the website and gave tips on how to get the best from my Lacanches cooker. Highly recommend!!!

The first thing to say is that our Lacanche cooker is nearly 30-35 years old: We inherited it (20 years ago) and have been astounded by the quality. We recently had the cooker serviced (and asked the engineer to look at the doors as the the right hand door had become was slightly loose. The engineer was amazing: He was on time, called ahead 30 minutes before arriving. He instilled great confidence in us and set to work servicing the cooker. within 90 minutes the door was as good as new, the burners were operating perfectly and the temperatures inside the ovens were perfect (we are aware that even a brand new cooker would struggle to maintain the correct temperatures). The only additional costs on top of the first class service was £8.00 for a single spring. A few months ago we were considering replacing the cooker but right now it's as good as new and working perfectly. A fantastic job

I had excellent service from the Lacanche engineer, who was highly knowledgeable and very personable. I was so pleased to have my cooker working again, after serval years of its being broken. I cannot recommend the premier service more highly, and the quality of the cooker is outstanding. 18 years' old and still in excellent condition. A fantastic investment.

Terrific service, very polite and helpful. Lacanche ranges are great. They look good and last, the key thing being that they are simple, well made and mendable. This means that they can go on for years.

From start to finish it was super simple to get an engineer booked in, just in time for Christmas too!

Was kept upto date with all the process and the engineer called when he was 30 minuets away.

He arrived and was super nice, professional and clean! Covered the tiles on the floor so he didn’t damage them.

We had an issue with the door on our new oven. The after sales team were straight on it sent out an engineer who dealt with immediately, happily and offered helpful advice on the use of the oven.

I can honestly say that my recent call-out with Lacanche was one of, if not THE, best engineer visits I’ve ever experienced. Prompt, polite, good communication and very skilled. He talked me through what the issues might have been, alerted me to the potential cost and afterwards explained what he had done. In under an hour, my range was restored to its full function and former glory. Highly recommended.

I received outstanding customer service from Fourneaux de France throughout the production and dispatch/delivery of my Lacanche Beaune range cooker. Nancy Robinson, our sales manager, was immensely helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. She kept me closely informed of the status of my order, keeping me abreast of the delivery logistics, and provided all I needed from a technical perspective. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was satisfied with my purchase. The delivery guys were also very efficient and friendly - well done for lifting these hefty applicances around various houses day in day out! Enormous thanks to the Fourneaux de France team - you are a credit to Lacanche.

We love our new Mandarin orange Cluny Modern electric Lacanche and are not missing our expensive to run electric Aga at all. The cooker is efficient and simple to use and feels really solid. We had to wait a long time for delivery hence the 4 stars.. but this was because the cooker did not pass the quality control test before being shipped and had to go back to the factory for re-enamelling. But this shows how much the company care about only providing a first class product.
