How quick my slippers came even though I requested the broach to been sewn on.

I have been dealing with Chantelle at Laines for my items, slippers, a cape and bag. The communicaiton has been fantastic, quick, professional but friendly and engaging. Just that process gave me a huge amount of confidence in the brand.
The items arrived yesterday and i couldn't be happier, so much so I am going to place another order for friends and family Christmas presents.

customer service helped me out right away when I needed the shipping address changed because it was a gift for my sister! I LOVE these slippers and so does she now that she got a pair!

This is my second pair and was lucky enough to get them in the sale… pink with black panthers- I love them. I’m still wearing my older ones (black with jellyfish!) so these are going away for when I need them as the old ones are still so sturdy and pretty!

I was excited to get these for a bestie's birthday- they are perfect! Actually very pretty and comfortable. Size was great. The shipping was a bit wonky to the US, the address I input for the order did not translate well to the DHL delivery and it ended up delayed for several days. Other than that SUPER HAPPY with the purchase!

Great product — it never disappoints. And the communication around shipping coupled with the lightning fast shipping makes it wonderful to shop direct.
