Rebecca and the rest of the team were great! So helpful :)

Very caring, efficient and professional.
I can't thank Kelly enough for all her help and advise. She went through everything in detail, she took time to listen and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. She made a difficult and stressful event less painful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LLEA to anyone.

Cannot recommended LLEA highly enough. From start to finish the service we received was exceptional. The initial valuation was carried out promptly and we were advised of our options. Our home was marketed perfect with stunning photographs and videos. There was a great online campaign on social media. The viewings were carefully managed and we received regular feedback throughout. The team at LLEA reassured our concerns at each stage of the process and kept in regular contact. Thanks to LLEA we received an offer which we were very happy with and are in the process of moving to our forever home. Thank you LLEA!

Every person we spoke with was extremely professional & friendly. The way in which our home was marketed and photographed was exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending LLEA to anyone looking to sell their property.

Kelly and the team were friendly, helpful, and really kind and honest, it was a pleasure to be involved with them

Lanarkshire law estate agents have been incredible. They work so efficiently from me first talking to them to my house being on the market was just over a week. Everybody I have spoken to has been so professional and helpful. And within 48 hours of my house being on the market my house is under offer and they have given me great advice throughout the entire process.

First time using the Estate agents and I would highly recommend.
The team are efficient and always kept me updated with viewings with a confirmation text and email.
Fab service from the whole team, kept me motivated when viewings began to dwindle.
They were right as sold my house in just over 2 weeks.

Great service, nice people

From our first visit to Lanarkshire Law Estate Agents, we experienced nothing but total professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. The team kept us in the loop by text, email and the fantastic online portal with every aspect of the property sale. Would highly recommend this local company.

Amazing service from start to finish from all the team. All members of staff are very professional but also so friendly and personable making it a pleasure to interact with them. They were recommended to me by friends who also had an amazing experience and great service. Delighted to recommend to all future cruisers!

Very prompt response from my enquiry. Fantastic communications regarding viewing, which was twice in same day, very helpful and obliging. Can’t fault Lanarkshire Law Estates especially all the help from Kelly, llovely manner and an absolute pleasure to deal with

Our agent Kelly was absolutely fantastic. Helped me and my partner get our first ever home. Explained the process easily so we understood everything where others who we have put bids in with just left us to it. Plenty of chatty phonecalls that finished in giggles but never took away from the seriousness of the life decision we were about to make.

Lanarkshire Law pulled out all the stops for us to ensure perfect service from the start. They really complimented our presentation of the flat and did it great justice with thieir pics and video presentation. We had lots of viewers in one week and at closing date we had 5 great offers. They were excellent throughout the process keeping us in touch and Kelly,Donna and Alison were very professional and easy to speak to. We will be recommending them to our neighbours and others to use when they are moving home.

I am delighted with the service I received when selling my property. Nothing was too much trouble for the team at LLEA and I was kept informed every step of the way. The staff are all friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending LLEA to family and friends and I would give 6 stars if I could.
