The representative from the Landlord Shop was very helpful from the start; I explained I needed an EPC certificate quite urgently and he booked me in at a mutually convenient time. He was very punctual on the visit, carried out the inspection and explained what could be done to improve the rating. Very friendly, very professional, very helpful. Very efficient at communicating promptly by telephone and email. Highly recommend.

As a landlord I am legally required to undertake an annual "Gas Safety Check" on my rental property. I came across "The Landlord Shop", by chance, whilst browsing online for an approved contractor to carry out said work. After a pleasant and helpful chat with "The Landlord Shop" Manager, Steve, I asked them to carry out the work for me.
Each step of the process - from my initial enquiry, right through to receiving my Gas Safety Certificate - was totally hassle-free.
I was very impressed with the quality of communication throughout (Steve) and the friendly nature/competence/diligence of the engineer who carried out the inspection (Marouf).
Furthermore, pricing was very competitive too!

Had Steve and his team out to do an EICR on one of my rentals. The booking was easy and they dealt directly with the tenants to arrange access. I needed some work carrying out on the property, they quoted quickly (cheaper than many other companies I’ve dealt with) and the work was carried out with no problems. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

Extremely expensive…. The Landlord Shop quoted me more than twice as much as I what eventually ended up paying for the small repairs required at my house. Please don’t take them up on their quotes immediately and get other quotes. I will not be using this company again!

Absolutely brilliant website! I am new to landlording and I needed to get my Electrical and Gas Safety checks done quickly and efficiently. I submitted my multiple requests all in one go, and was contacted quickly by the relevant experts. They came out to the property within a couple of days and were lovely people! The invoice was sent promptly afterwards, and within hours of sending the payment the certificates were with me. Really impressed with this company.

A horrible experience all around . We have recently renovated the property and added new boiler and double glazing as well as insulation in the roof and under the floors .

Was advised it would be a D possibly a C. He’s just sent the report and given it an E which is a disgrace… I could say a lot more but this is so wrong . I f I pay £50+vat they can give me tips on how to get the rating change.
