Highly recommended for External Wall Insulation

We recently had external wall insulation installed through Landlord Certs London via a government funded scheme, and the results are fantastic. The team did a professional job ensuring the insulation was applied correctly with a smooth, gap-free finish. The final color Ash was exactly what we requested.

What impressed us most was their attention to detail regarding post-installation safety; they ensured the house had adequate ventilation and even upgraded our bathroom fans to meet the necessary standards.

The scaffolding company you hired to carry out works at a property in Luton caused significant damage and disruption. During the course of their work, they damaged the roof and left the property in an unacceptable condition, with debris scattered throughout the area, including broken roofing materials, beer cans, and energy drink cans.

After you cancelled the agreement due to the company demanding additional payment at the end of the job, the scaffolding company returned to remove their equipment. During this visit, they unlawfully removed my expensive alloy wheels and other items from the garden, loading them onto their tipper van together with the scaffolding, as though the items were waste.

Unsure if this is the same company as Landlord Certificate London but apalled by the service I received at Landlord Certificate London - it really is a scam. Paid for the certificate, an engineer came the next day for max. 5 minutes to then send a report 3 days later to ask for further work. Worth noting I am in a new built and never had issues so it's 100% a scam

Professional company! However….
I have used this company previously for EPCs and my experience has always been an excellent one. The young lady who previously visited was extremely helpful and professional, and over all the team are quite good.
However my experience with one of the young boys ( I believe he introduced himself as Zayn) who visited today to do a loft installation was really bad and unprofessional to say the least.
Most importantly he was not wearing a mask when entering, does he not know we are in the duration of a pandemic?! His customer service also left a lot to be desired! He didn’t have much interest in what he was doing and he didn’t even attempt to explain what the procedure was in regards to the job.
The other hard working chap went into the loft and was quite efficient at completing the task- so well done to him!
I first thought that zayn was a arrogant young apprentice who probably just doesn’t like hard work, but he told me he’d been doing this job for years. Well he clearly needs to be put back in some sort of training- I’d recommend he goes to work at McDonald’s for a while to gain some customer service skills!

I have been using Landlord Certs for many years for my tenanted properties for EPC's, Gas Certificates and insulation where required. Always good service and I get documents sent to me in time. Recently, I had to add loft insulation to my own home. The service was very good and efficient. The workmen wore all the PPE equipment (I was worried as there is a person in the house who has cancer and is vulnerable). They used dust sheets, went through everyting with me and them cleaned up afterwards. Well done - keep it up!
