I have been struggling to find a bed that is comfortable for me. I did a lot for research on the internet and had some idea of what I need, but felt I really needed to go to a shop and test the beds myself before making a final decision. I spoke with Louise on the phone and she very helpfully made suggestions of the beds that might suit me (I wanted a soft mattress with a sprung divan). I then went back to the land of bed website and compared the options she suggested. By the way, the website is an excellent resource for finding and comparing different beds!
We visited the store on Saturday and met Louise who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, showing us the beds and describing the similarities and differences between them. She gave us plenty of time and space to make our final choice. She had a good balance of leaving us to go through the process on our own (trying the beds again and again) and being there if we suddenly had a new question. At no time did we feel that we were being pressurised or that we had stayed too long. She couldn’t have been kinder. Overall, I feel this company has supported us (pun intended) all the way through the process so far. Now can’t wait for the new bed to arrive!!

We went in store to the Wigan branch and were served by Cath and her colleague. They were so helpful and gave us a great deal!

I had added items to basket but not checked out & received a phone call the next day to see if I had any questions. I was impressed with the knowledgeable, friendly member of staff & have since placed my order. Ordering process was straightforward & delivery selection was forwarded later.

I purchased a Relyon mattress from Land of Beds as it was at a brilliant price and made by Relyon exclusively for them. They also offered 12 months of interest free payments which was really easy and straight forward to set up. Their excellent customer service rating also convinced me to buy from them, and so far they have been superb. I had a call from a lovely lady the day I placed my order to double check that I was happy with everything and to confirm access details for delivery. My mattress is made to order but is being delivered two weeks ahead of the lead time which is great. I rang them today to confirm the details of my upcoming delivery. Got straight throughand spoke to Louise who was really helpful. So far I've experienced a level of service that is rare to find these days.

Fantastic service.. Greeted with a warm welcome from Lucy.S who was very knowledgeable when it came to the range on offer. Didn't feel pressured into the sale and felt comfortable in the surroundings of the shop. All round good experience and we came away with a product we're happy with. Land of Beds was easy to order from and the customer service was efficient. The delivery arrived on time. Although I had paid for bed set up and removal of packaging the paperwork didn't match my order but the delivery guys were very obliging once I showed them my invoice.

When I phoned to order a new bed I was helped by Louise who was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and put me totally at ease. Great customer service.
