When I phoned to order a new bed I was helped by Louise who was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and put me totally at ease. Great customer service.

Excellent Service, we had plenty of time to choose the bed with great advice and no sense of rushing. Ordered a Mattress, Pillows and Mattress protector. All delivered on the agreed dates. Great Support.

Having had their appointed technician out to review the faulty mattress as had a sinking middle when sleeping / the technician couldn’t replicate the fault as he only lay down for one minute - and Land of beds refused to refund the money for a very expensive brand - Hypnos - despite it being an faulty and unseeable on mattress. Unimpressed by their customer care and refusal. Now got a £1,500 mattress to take to the dump and a finance deal to keep paying till Christmas. I dread going to bed and sinking into that lumpy mattress. They hide behind a technician who privately agreed with me. A bed cannot be reviewed in minutes. Very very poor show.

They had a good range of zip and link mattresses with the drawer configuration that I wanted, sprung bases and a service to remove the old bed.
It could have been easier to find what I wanted - I used the Microsoft AI to help me!

The sales lady was lovely & helpful. However, I like to order online because usually get an instant confirmation & receipt of payment, but the online ordering wasn't working & no way to see an actual date of delivery, so I phoned in. The sales lady advised of my delivery date & I paid an extra £20 for it to be installed. Maybe I misunderstood, but I was expecting the delivery people to take the packaging away & place the mattress on the bed - This is what I have experienced previously from other companies, hence my expectation, plus I'm elderly with back, arthritis & other health problems. The chaps arrived & placed the mattress inside the front door & wanted me to sign. I said all of the above, but they had No note and wanted to leave, so I called the store. Apparently, they don't take the plastic off because you can't return it if you've taken the plastic off. What?! Try a mattress with the plastic on - totally different feel, surely - plus a lot of company's do a 30 or more nights try & can return if not satisfied. How would that work with plastic on? .... So, they put the mattress against the wall in the bedroom (3 metres away from the front door). They would have put it on the bed in the plastic (at the instruction of the sales lady, who was still on the phone) but then I would need to take it off again to remove the plastic, so it was left up against the wall! This makes NO Sense to me. Note to self, no matter how difficult it is to get to a store (the mattress is for a profiling hospital type bed for disabled) somehow get there to try the mattress without the plastic!
I gave three stars because of lack of flexibility & my experiences with other companies providing the same products. Still getting used to the mattress. Hope it is OK. But 1) would be stuck with it anyway re the plastic. 2) even if the plastic was on, would have to go through the return, at my expense & my arrangement! FYI I ordered an Adjust-A-Bed Tri-Comfort Adjustable Single (3ft x 6ft 6in / 90 x 200cm). Oh, and I also had to request the receipt.

Mattress topper very disappointing . Not supportive and slips during the night so hangs over the edge of the bed

Having researched online and subsequently ordered my new bed base and hypnos mattress,realised subsequently what a good choice I had actually made choosing Land of Beds.

Their Customer Service is excellent...Representatives are friendly and extremely efficient..Good discounts on products and speedy deliveries.

When the base of my bed was delivered today I rang customer services and chatted to Jan Loates, Customer Care Supervisor, who was not only extremely efficient, but helpful, friendly and genuinely interested,. A rare find in today's busy world!

I subsequently placed another order, for mattress protectors with Jan helping me in my choice

Can only recommend Land of Beds highly I can promise you. It will be a rewarding and satisfying experience

The adviser was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The only difficulty was that the website was not working properly and our acknowledging email had many symbols instead of the pound sign in the invoice which made us nervous that it was an ok website.
