Laptop batteries are consumable products, and battery capacity naturally decreases over time with use. For this reason, our warranty follows a pro-rated warranty policy, which is clearly stated on our warranty page (https://www.laptopbattery.com.sg/help/warranty.aspx).

We completely understand your frustration, especially as the battery issue occurred after approximately 10 months of use and close to the end of the warranty period. However, the solution offered by our customer service team was provided in accordance with the published warranty terms that apply to all customers.

We would like to emphasize that we are not refusing warranty support. Rather, we are following the pro-rated warranty policy for batteries, which takes into account that batteries are wear-and-tear items whose performance naturally changes throughout their service life.
