The concierge was so helpful! I have been a member since the very beginning and I just LOVE my lashes!!

I've been using lashify for some time now, I'm particular to the Amplify sets with the ms Bondage. I'm loving it so far, and definitely like it better than my previous lash situations. It's a bit expensive even on a subscription, but I guess that's the price I pay to never wear mascara. When I have run into issues, their customer service has been quick and diligent about resolving them so no complaints there.

I love lashify quick service I had to change my credit card and Alexis was very fast new her stuff I appreciate it very much.

Lashify concierge has been helpful each time I have needed to reach out. Quick to respond to my emails with clear information about next steps that are needed to sort out my concern.

I have been using Lashify for over 5 years and never been disappointed in their service or their products. The system is super easy to use, and help is a click away if you want to watch videos, chat with other Lashify users in their FB group, or reach out to the Concierge team for assistance. Wonderful product, and wonderful team overall! Recently I needed help with an order, and Stacy E. assisted me in a super quick and very customer orientated manner to resolve my issue. Just one of many great experiences with this Company! Highly recommend!

I always love their lashes. They never rip out my natural lashes, and they have a unique way of adhering. I tried flutterhabit and the glue would come off on half the eyelash leaving it half on half off and I would look ridiculous. But Lashify has very high quality lashes that last long , and fall of as a whole so you can reapply easily for a low maintenance high maintenance look/

The all black marketing really catches my eye. They quick and polite response of emails and the helpfulness of team is great.

I have been a Canadian subscriber since 2020. Lashify never disappoints and the customer service (in the very rare instances that I had an issue - 3 times in 5 years) is extremely professional and very quick with resolution. Love this brand!

I am new to Lashify, but I have been very impressed with their products. I rarely leave reviews on products online, but I have been so happy with the quality of the product the ease of use and the great customer service. I have worked with Alexis as I had questions about the product and she has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I’m fairly seasoned in makeup application and had been using other types of lash extensions for multiple years, but by far I feel this line of products for excels anything else I have used. I would definitely recommend that everyone try Lashify.
