Logan was super helpful and kind!

One Gossamer cartridge was missing from my last subscription order. Though I was originally offered a Lash Cash credit to reorder it by another concierge, it still would have cost me the high shipping fees to Canada. Logan, instead, was able to simply ship the missing item and also included another complimentary cartridge. The generosity is greatly appreciated!

I have used Lashify for many years and I love this company. They have always addressed my concerns (which is not many) in a timely manner and with a reply that I am happy with.

Lashify’s customer service is brilliant. I had an issue with one of their bonds which I’d purchased, within minutes, I had a response and the issue was quickly resolved by Alexis C, who arranged to send me out a new Whisper light bond free of charge. This meant the first time I’ve contacted their concierge service and each time my issue is dealt with swiftly and in a professional but friendly manner.

Being Canadian you are the only American company I buy from. Thank you for being such a caring company who puts the customers first.

These lashes are amazing. You have the beautiful look of lashes without the feeling of extensions. Also the release worked beautifully, lashes slid right off when I was ready to take them off. Also when I had a question I used the chat and got an immediate, kind and very helpful response.

Lashify has amazing products and great customer service. I feel confident every day waking up and could never feel this way with other cosmetics. I love adding to my collection and trying new styles. Other lash applications like strips or individual extensions are not as complimentary to my eyes. It just doesn’t compare. I love having the freedom to customize each section with different lengths and even mixing different styles.
