I don’t have to contact concierge very often at all. When I do they’ve been very prompt. Logan had my issue resolved in minutes…First class service. 🤗

I am Canadian spending three months in Mexico so I have been out of touch with Lashify news. I found myself with two memberships and did not know why. I wrote to Concierge and Stacy explained the situation. I asked her to remove the old membership and keep the new one. This was done almost instantly and I can’t be more pleased.

By the way, you are the only USA company that I will continue to buy from as you are the best DIY lash company and I have nothing but respect for Sahara ♥️

Amazing product with great customer service!

After years of purchasing Lashify, I appreciate their commitment to customer service, product innovation, and product integrity. Do they always get it right? Nope. But, when you're the first to forge the path forward, it's impossible not to have some trial and error and a learning curve. What matters is that they always make it right and strive to serve their customers. Just like the lashify system requires time, patience, and practice. It's not a cheap, quick set of drugstore lashes. They're high quality, great for my sensitive eyes, and look amazing...once the customer educates themselves and practices. After years of wear, I receive so many compliments and inquiries about my lashes! I love and believe in this product and the company. If you have tried without success, or perhsps received a random product with which you're not satisfied, reach out to customer service. I've done this before and they always fix any issues and can point you in the right direction for application tips and tricks. I strongly recommend this amazing brand and am grateful for products that make me feel my best without causing a reaction! Thank you!

I ordered the wrong kit (first time customer) and the PMed them on Instagram and the customer service was so good!

I wouldn't neccessarily order here because the name brand, in fact the brand Lashify is just a bad name overall. If you look online, customers get bad customer service and the lashes are unaccountable as far as what you expect. Bypass the name, the hype and read the bad reviews because I personally think companies like this may have incentive to see 5 star reviews. I'm not declaring Lashify does but I've seen it before.

Alexis C as well as the entire "concierge" team if you will... need training badly. My experience drove me away for good.

My experience was this simple:

I ordered $150 worth of product - the glue stick, 4 sets of lashes and it was all very expensive. The lashes were thin and frail and not the right size.

So, I tried again. On a Friday night, I ordered two more sets of the wrong size of lashes. This is my 2nd order, mind you. $54 came out of my account. By Saturday, my shipment hadn't left the warehouse so I asked them to switch the sizes for me. By Monday night, they said they couldn't change it. So I said... cancel it then. Just don't send it, cancel it. Refund me. In the meantime, I put in an order for $81 of new lashes with them expecting the $54 to be refunded and cancelled. Alexis ends up emailing me that she cancelled my order but it would take 10 business days for a refund. Okay, fine. I get a notification that the $54 lashes were on their way... and the $81 lashes had been cancelled. I viewed my email that I had sent them.... I was DETAILED. I put the lash sizes, order numbers and could not make this clear enough what lashes were supposed to be cancelled. Alexis admits she wasn't paying attention.

So, she says just mail us back the $54 lashes when they get to your house. So now I have the wrong lashes coming, $54 tied up in funds, $81 tied up in a waiting game for a refund... and I spend another $81 to replace the order she just cancelled. Thats $135 of error tied up out of my account because of their laziness and error. I say laziness because if it hadn't left the warehouse, they could have stopped it. But they didn't.

By the time my new lashes arrived, no joke... my glue was calky. It is currently unusable and dried out, and that was around $30 and only a few weeks into this messy rendezvous. The new lashes aren't sticking well because of it. I'm left with waiting for a box to arrive for me to return, and I hadn't seen my $81 in days come back.

I finally get the box of the wrong lashes and have to schedule USPS to come get it, and they ended up refunding me less than $54 because they charged me for shipping it.

This is unacceptable. Number one, the products are frail and not worth the price. The glue is tacky and unusable. The tying up funds on my side over the customer service mistakes and then the audacity to still charge me to ship the wrong order is just distasteful. I thought Lashify was the end all be all because I saw such high ratings. It did not appear that I was wearing eyelash extentions at all, and I ordered like thick big lashes, sizes 14, 16 and 18. I applied them correctly and wore them for a week and I just felt like wow... I'm out of money and patience with this company.

I would try maybe blinkify or flutterhabit. Even DIY I hear is decent and not this complicated. Good luck everyone. I would not order from here and I will not miss the godawful extreme marketing that Lashify blew up my phone and email with several times a day. That is TOO much.

Lashify is always providing top notch customer service and products. I have been a customer for about a year and a half and I am going to be a customer for life.

I have been using Lashify since the lockdown. Very thankful for this product and company.
I love the simplicity and creativity you can bring into using all the different styles of lashes. I love how after a week or so. I take them off. Get in my lashes get a good scrub in and clean my eyes then pop on new fresh plushies

Great product, very user friendly. I know that after 2-3 applications, I will have the hang of it. Product looks great on and feels great. I love all the options for lashes. No noticeable damage from them that I can tell.

The concierge dept are always incredibly helpful, they take time to reply to all my questions (and I usually have a lot). Logan was superb, took the time to patiently answer my queries regarding memberships. Excellent customer service!!
