I could not fault this company at all! Contacted a few months ago & a lovely lady came out with lots of choices of carpets and gave me soo much information, nothing was too much effort! (I’m sure it’s Linda or Lisa)!
I wanted 2 bedrooms, landing & stair runner - all have been done now 10/10 to the fitters who have been great in communication, sending photos / booking me in quickly and doing a fab job! Also a bonus having left over carpet from the rooms to use for the stairs!
Honestly such an easy process from start to finish & I highly recommend! Price is very reasonable too, thank you all so much!

The whole process from choosing and being installed was trouble free.
I used Lazy carpets as my daughter had used them and was very happy, as are we.
Ian came to our house with samples and measured up. A week later Neil came and fitted the flooring.
He was a very clean worker and we love our laminate floor.
We had no idea how much to expect but were very happy with price.
I would strongly recommend Lazy carpets for their friendly professional business.

Absolutely shocking experience, sales guy Kevin was fine as being an ex salesman myself you sell the world to the punters so that was expected, fitting shocking and sent photos but no reply, fitters were short of vinyl going up to cupboard although tons of it dumped in house, shocking mess dumped all over house, even left 7 cans of heavy duty floor spray dumped, could tell obviously only interested in there £300 fitting money , never again ? Whilst Kevin the flooring specialist was a lovely guy,
aswell as the carpet fitter & the prices are okay. It says on their website “ fast fitting ”, there is nothing fast about it. I had kevin come out on 25/02/2026 for a free home visit quote, I then decided to go ahead with the quote on the 12/03/2026 and booked in for Friday 20/03/2026 for fitting, to then receive a phone call a few days later after making the purchase to be told the carpet was out of stock & they would need to order it in and that it would not be ready until the end of March/ start of April. I agreed to wait, I then ended up having to call back multiple times at the end of march to find out what was happening and found out the carpet would be back into stock on the 2nd april, we finally ended up getting a fitting date scheduled & the earliest date they could offer was the 20th April, meaning I was waiting roughly about 5.5 weeks from making the purchase to getting the flooring in, would not personally class that as being “ fast ”.

Complete shambles of a situation & the “ fast fitting ” that is said on their website is non-existent.

Rebecca was very helpful at helping us choose our new flooring, no pushy sales and measured up and gave us a quote there and then on the day, would highly recommend Rebecca and lazy carpets.

Really happy with the service Kyle provide me and Lazy Carpet. The quality of my carpet is excellent I'm really impressed. Also a fast turn around having my 4 bedrooms stairs and landing all done and fitted in 6 days after choosing my carpets. Highly recommend company and would definitely deal with them again. Thank you for your fast friendly service and making my house a home.

From the beginning that was free estimate by Rebecca, who is lovely and a credit to lazy carpets to Tim who fitted our flooring who worked tirelessly and effortlessly and is a genuine nice fella. Can't fault anything and will definitely be having them back to do the 2 bedrooms. Our home looks fab thanks to Tim. 😊

Wonderful experience from first enquiry to finished result. I am so happy with the quality of my floor and the way it has transformed my house.
The whole process was so effortless. Someone came out to our home to show us a really huge selection of options and samples. The lady was so knowledgeable and very helpful.
The fitting was seamless. We received a message on the morning of the fitting so we knew what time our fitter would arrive. Lee was at our house bright and early and worked so hard all day. The fitting is perfect and it looks beautiful.
I’ll be coming back when we need our upstairs doing. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job lazycarpets and flooring.

Great experience, carpet fitter rang before hand to let me know a rough time, he got delayed slightly on the previous job,(which was completely fine) but still apologised which wasn’t necessary. He was tidy and friendly to talk too. Very pleased with my carpet
