When it works it's ok. When it doesn't the experience is frustrating. Individual modules are expensive and buggy. Paatches and updates are slow to roll out. Currently at 30+ days without functionality of the Netflix downloader. If and when a fix is delivered I'm asking that my subscription period be extended for the time service was denied. I'll update this review later.

Update 6.21.24. The software functionality has been restored and Leawo continues to make regular updates so that the Netflix module has been reliable now for the past 30 days. As I said previously when it works it's a great tool. At this point I plan to extend my subscription when the renew date arrives. I'll add that customer support is very responsive which gives Leawo and it's products legitimacy.

The tech support at Leawo is OUTSTANDING! Of course I had to use Skype & AnyDesk for the Leawo Prof. Media 13 Software issue that I had. Had a problem ripping some old DVDS that did not match the time of the movie or program on the DVDS I was ripping. So thanks to Karen, who replied quickly, & especialy Moyea, who's very professional, fixed the problem with a simple reinstall of the Leawo Prof. Media 13 Software. Thanks Leawo Tech Support for having VERY PROFESSIONAL TECH SUPPORT! OUTSTANDING!

The software works quite well. Best of all, their support is top notch. I typically get an answer to any question in just a few hours. When I purchased a new Mac, they were most helpful in transferring my license to the new machine.

I have used the software several times and find it easy to use without any problems. It works very well for me. I also liked the various purchase oiptions that I tailotred to my needs.I had to contact customer service on a couple of occasions regarding reactivation after a motherboard change. They were always very prompt and cleared up my activation issues .

Purchased the UHD Ripper as I already have the BLURAY Ripper and it works fine.
I paid the £100 and installed it only to have a message saying that I need to buy the Leowo DVD drive updater in order for it to work on my PC (top of the range 2021 Dell PC running the latest Windows) ... which is another £100.
I didn't need this for the BLURAY Ripper and wasn't expecting this and .. no mention of it when I was deciding to purchase, furthermore, the home page states '30 Day Money back guarantee' ... Leowo have been pretty unresponsive and generally disinterested and have now flatly refused to refund any money even though I haven't and can't use the software - I have raised a dispute with my card holder but thought others should be aware ... I'm sure it's a great package, its just a shame that they would feel it worthwhile to create bad feeling and bad reputation by not simply refunding without quibble as most decent companies would - it's not a great way to build a long term reputation.

It's a magnificent application. Is the best application I've seen to remove DRM.

I use Leawo Prof. Media and CleverGet. Both software packages have proven very well in my use. That's why I bought more tools. Due to a mistake of mine, 2 modules were double. However, the customer service (MIT: Betty) has helped me patiently, very accommodating and extremely accommodating. I am therefore very satisfied and I can only recommend Leawo. It is not cheap, but a sophisticated and high-quality software with exelent service. Thank you very much Betty!

I have used the software to transition my DVDs to a digital formal for several years Works great and as advertised. However, I recently renewed my subscription twice. Dumb mistake. The firm that handles the financial side of the transaction stated they would refer my refund request to Leawo. This started the typical oh boy response, what kind if battle will I face. To my surprise, the a customer service rep (Karen) contacted me the next day. We exchanged e-mails and my refund was processed. Nice to know great customer service backs up the user experience.

I recently updated to the full version of LeawoProf.Media for Mac - The eralier versions of same have always worked brilliantly and simply.
I've tried other providors who frankly have all been less than zero. Also, any questions, requests, information anand followup servicie, I've requested from the clearly designated contacts and support centre has been instant and 100% relieable, clear and correct. Thanks Again...Leawo...Frans

BE careful - This company is very hard to get in touch with in case of problem - the support email address on the confirmation message is inactive - very poor assistance and NO communication - HELP center is not good at all - I would nt advice this company

Lecteur Blu Ray gratuit qui fonctionne sur PC ( = plusieurs années d'utilisation sous Windows10) s'il arrive à se connecter à un serveur pour aller chercher des codecs (Fichiers AACS ?). Parfois (très rarement !) il ne s'ouvre tout simplement pas...Inutile de réinstaller (et de s'énerver !), mieux vaut attendre le lendemain.
Une appli Java sera peut-être demandée après l'installation pour avoir accès aux menus du Blu Ray (avec flèches clavier), sinon un clic sur l'icône menu (en bas à droite) permet d'avoir accès aux chapitres (ou épisodes) numérotés.
Un clic droit permet d'avoir accès aux pistes audio, sous-titres et autres fonctions. Tutoriels dispo sur le site de Leawo.
NB : Il est un peu lent à l'ouverture.

I had bought Leawo Music Recorder a while back where you can record the song as it's playing. Aside having to disable any EQ's and making sure the levels were correct, it was and still is very good software. But, when I tried out their new Leawo Prof. DRM, I had to buy it. It is more of a ripper than a recorder which makes it so much easier and faster. I highly recommend it. I am very impressed with Leawo.

Deceptive practices by Leawo! BEWARE!

I purchased a software download from Leawo a year ago. This was described as a "purchase" and an "order." Buried in the fine print, it turns out to be an "annual subscription." A year later, they send an email 8 hours before the renewal period was to begin notifying the subscription would renew. 8 hours! I immediately went onto their site and cancelled the subscription and received an email confirming this cancellation. I received this confirmation prior to the beginning of the renewal period. The charge had already been initiated by them however and now they are refusing to honor the cancellation and give me a refund. Leawo is deceptive bordering on fraudulent. Lots of better companies out there with similar products. Stay away from Leawo!

I purchased the Blu ray ripper and what a ripper it is. It is faster than any of the other rippers i have tried it is a excellent product.

I CAN NOT INSTALL their software in my Mac and the company refuse to give me a refund. So, I paid for ZERO service. Robbers.

I love the software, and when a problem (NOT caused by Prof. Media happened), the Support Team worked tirelessly – despite lockdown and such – to solve that problem. They rock, the software rocks, I couldn't be happier. Thanks, Team!!

I purchased Leawo UHD Drive tool on Mar 18,2022. I tried to use this tool to flash new firmware on my drive for 2 days without success. I found another free tool that worked. I asked Leawo for a refund. They sent me a patch to try to fix their tool. They refused to refund my purchase. I cannot recommend these guys.

Very surprised and pleased at how quickly their support department contacted me and resolved the problem I was having with activating the software.

Leawo produces great products that actually do what they state. I use the Prof Media for converting old DVDs to a digital format, and they do a perfect job at that. I like how I can adjust the quality level to what I want. I also use the DRM removal to pull some videos and music out of iTunes that I play in the background on my computer while working. I find this easier than loading and running iTunes in the background which is a CPU hog. Playing them in Windows Media player allows my computer to still run at a decent speed while working.
The customer service form Leawo is one of the best I have ever come by. When I have a problem, they respond to my email very quickly and have always provided a solution that works first time. There is no going back and forth with low level techs who don't understand the issue. Any issue is quickly and immediately resolved. I also like that they understand computer can "break" and if you have to add a new hard drive, they will reset your license so you can have the software you already paid for on the new hard drive / computer. They don't try to scam you into purchasing another license like some other companies.
Overall, excellent products and exceptional customer service. The software does what it say's and they stand by / support their products to a high level,
