I don't usually write reviews, but after using Video Converter Pro I was so impressed I had to submit my views on this software.

I had tried countless other products to add a watermark to 2500 images in a batch process. None of the other products could cope, but Leawo Video Converter Pro processed the entire batch without any problems. This is so good!

If you are looking for reliable / powerful software to do the job, this is it... Look no further :)

Bought a program from the Leawo Company and it did not work on my machine. Trying to troubleshoot it with the company proved useless. The kept asking for the same information. After a couple of weeks and still unable to back up any of my movies, I asked for a refund according to their refund policy. They said "no" even though their policy "covers" problems they can not fix. Then I found all of the negative reviews on this site. Wish I would have checked here first. $40 lesson I guess.

DO NOT BUY LEAWO BLU-RAY RIPPER. Used key code to move from trial 4.8.0.00 to 7. Online "get started" version for 7 said start with edit from top of page - there is no edit or any drop down at top of page. I have tried for hours and I cannot get 7 to work. Twice uninstalled 7 and reinstalled 4.8.0.00: MY KEY CODE now does not work. Customer service cannot speak English - awful product

Purchased software to transfer files from iPhone. After repeated attempts to resolve and many communications with support I asked for a refund. I've been raked over the coals. They ask the same questions over and over like which which iPhone do I have what is the iOS is your phone. After I had already given these facts. They advised me their refund policy required them to be able to duplicate the issue. I've done everything I can regarding attempting to resolve the software issues. They are horrible to deal with and their product is not comparable to other software out there. I purchased a competitors product downloaded it and it worked perfectly. Buyer beware!!!

Bought the software through a offer site, hand not realised it was only a year license untill I got conformation. If this is the standard or default surely a pop box stating the fact should produce itself? What is the point of one year license? Just seems a way of ripping people off. Surely the default should be the other way arround? I get it though, first they sucker in though search engines of a reasonable competitive priced product only to be stiffed at the end after purchase. I requested a refund 2 mins after purchase. I doubt I'll get it. Beware the price is only the carrot to get you there, once you get it you realise you've walked of the end of a clife! (Road runner style)

Wanted software to transfer iTunes to an iPhone6. Purchased product, wouldn't transfer. Needed it done right away so i purchased iExplorer which worked perfectly. They will not refund my purchase. Company is not trustworthy. Only try software from this company if it is a free trial so that you make sure it works. Dont get scammed!

I have converted most of my library using v4.8 and it took me a while
to learn how to convert a Blu-Ray video and I constantly tell my
friends about LEAWO products/ I have a minor problem and I can't
solve it......I would like to find out just how or the process to merge
all titles into one file. When converting with v7 I request Merge
but it does NOT happen. Can someone at LEAWO develop a readable
USER GUIDE written to the average customer. for Version 7 Blu-Ray
Ripper. I have tried numerous time to convert and selected MERGE and it does not happen. Today, i have become so frustrated that I
reinstalled my Version 4.8 after too much time trying. Please, Just a
simply written USERS GUIDE - it would be welcomed by all users.

When you buy their blu ray copy software what they do not tell you is that you can only install it for one year. Effectively you are buying a one year licence.
If you rebuild your PC and the software is over a year old it will not install.

I left feedback to this effect on their website and it was removed funny old thing.

Also I took part in their blu ray player development which promised a free copy of the player when complete. They then changed their policy so you had to buy it.

They are a dishonourable outfit with no moral compass.

Thank you for your response, I am impressed you gave a reply as I raised both these issues with you privately to no avail.
I see you have now added the 1 year or lifetime functionality to your website but when I bought it 2 years (2 copies actually) it was not an option otherwise I would have taken it.
My comments still stand.

FINAL NOTE
After this review and a further 5 emails and 2 more weeks they offered a settlement I am happy with.

I took a look at the free version of the software. It did what I wanted it to do, so I decided to buy it. I was directed to a page where I could pick an "upgraded" version of the software and thought 'why not'. Then I found out the professional version COULD NOT convert the files I wanted to convert (the free version could). Support took a month to get back to me, takes weeks to reply to mails when they DID get back to me, and still hasn't resolved the issue.

I purchased the DVD ripper and have had no issues whatsoever. Very pleased with it. Bonus was that I tried the free demo 1st.
I like the fact that you can change the quality to low medium or high for the output.

I tried to order a license for one of their products but my browser crashed just after pressing order (after less than 1 second "loading" time). So I assumed that it wasn't ordered since I didn't get an email from the company saying that I have ordered (as you do right away from other companies). I tried again and it worked. Now I ended up with 2 licenses and I off course only need 1.

I asked to get the money back from one of them (they can off course see if I activate both licenses so I don't cheat them) But the "support" worker was from the start refusing and rude, telling me that I could just give the other license to a friend. But why can't they just give me my money back since it wasn't my intention to buy 2?
Any other honest sales company would do that. I am in the end their customer!

After many mails (and a Trustpilot review) I finally got my money back.
