I had got a call today that gave me a relief that i had not had in awhile and the lady i talked to her name is Tammy and she was the sweetest person to talk to and i just wanted to reach out and say thank you for giving a month to take the chance to care for myself and my partner this month.

Taking a loan with them is one thing... But at the rate of their interest you're going to pay this loan for the rest of your life... I already pay over $400 a month and my loan is still over the amount I borrowed and I'm going in about 2 years now or so this will never be paid off my advice to anyone..its easy to get a loan... But this loan is for the rest of your life 😡😡😡 I called and spoke to representative and asked just like any other loan place how long will it take me to pay off my loan she said she couldn't give me an answer which is so ridiculous some places tell you 3 years you pay this amount and you'll be done again with them it's going to be for the rest of your life you'll never pay that loan off at the rate of their interest it's really sad to know that this is such a harsh payoff 🤬🤬🤬... My husband bored $1,000 and it's been two and a half years and he still owe over a thousand dollars 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤬🤬🤬

I regret ever dealing with LendDirect. They locked me into an outrageous 46% interest rate, which is unbelievable for people who are already struggling. On top of that, they set up aggressive automatic withdrawals that don’t match my income, and they offer zero flexibility when your situation changes.

Even after explaining that I’m on EI and need to manage payments manually, they continue to pull money without warning, leaving me stressed and scrambling. Their communication is poor, the repayment system feels predatory, and the pressure they put on customers is unacceptable.

I expected transparency and support, but instead I’ve dealt with rigid policies, surprise withdrawals, and a loan structure designed to keep people trapped. I would not recommend LendDirect to anyone who needs a lender that actually works with you during difficult times

I was so surprised to find I got a loan increase . It was life saving and I truly appreciate the ease and speed of processing it. Well done team.

Do not get a loan from them.
Lend direct took over my cash money loan on February 23rd 2026. I've had the loan for years with cash money with no problem. Usually my balance decreases slightly when my monthly payment is made.
Today is March 20th. Since the 26th of February my loan balance has increased by $339.

This financial service company is reliable. Makes getting a loan easy by just going into their app.
Only caveat is the payment for the principal is overshadowed by the bigger amounts of their other fees.

I don't know as yet seeing fairly new to me.

I had a low credit credit score and over draft. I needed a small line of credit unsecured that could be approved quickly. I applied online and was pre approved. I had to call because they needed some more information from me. The first representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I was signing my documents online the system kicked me out and I called again. The second representative helped me finish signing my documents. She even waited on the phone with me to make sure I was able to sign the documents online. She was also very helpful and knowledgeable. The Manager from the local branch called to introduce herself, congratulate me and see if I had any questions. I had access to the line of credit within the hour. I am very impressed!

Easy acess, and flexible

I think should be helping people that has been dealing with them for years.So when they are making the payment , it's not all going to interest so people can start paying down the loan

Was easy, fast, and simple.

While obtaining the line of credit/loan process is/was really good in spite of the extremely high interest rates, the website could use some more work. Specifically, signing out and attempting to find the breakdown of your payment amounts; ie; how much went to the principal and how much went to interest. Paying online is awesome when you do the interact quick payment, the other method takes a while.

Well, 1st of all. 75% of my payment goes 2 interest, while a whole 25% goes 2 the principle..I'd love 2 pay more, but can't, so now 4ever stuck in this never-ending paying 4× my loan 4 what? 50 a month? I have always paid my monthly bill but am darn sure to tell everyone 1 know 2 never get suckered into this "low interest rate" line of credit...also, this started at cash money in vernon

Well, I got this loan for $2,000, I think about three or four days ago now. I phoned them to ask how much the payments will be. The one girl said to me, "There'll be no payment at the end of March," but yet on my phone on the site it shows a payment of $49 and some cents.

Then I called again and I asked if I could make my payments instead of bi-weekly into monthly. The girl said, "Yep, she'll do that, no problem," but she didn't know what the payment would be. I go to my website on my phone; it still says bi-weekly and still hasn't been changed.

I don't know how often, if you guys even listen to the customer. You give out the money real fast or really easy; that was great, but now what I want is clarity. I want to get to know the exact payments when they are and how much they are. I can't get nothing done; nobody will do anything. You phone the girls at the office; it takes 20 minutes to get their computer going. They sit there and they talk and talk, and they say, "Well, the computer's really slow," and then they say, "Yeah, that can change it," but they don't know probably a payment. Well, what is that? Come on, if you change it, you should know the payment.

Why did one girl say there'd be no payment at the end of March, and another girl said, "Yeah, there is a payment in March"? Come on, let's get. I've written emails and emails, and nothing gets sent back, and now you guys want a good review. Well, let's get things fixed up here, please, okay.
