I spent a great deal of time shopping for contact lenses online, trying to find the best deal. LensDiscounters.com was the lowest priced site, with their prices per box being $15-$20 cheaper than their competitors! LensDiscounters.com is also VERY easy to navigate and to find exactly what you need! I placed my order with them on Wednesday afternoon, received my shipping notice email on Thursday, and had my brand new contacts in hand on Saturday! I am overjoyed with my experience with LensDiscounters.com and will most definitely purchase all of my contact lenses from them from now on!!!

Six months ago I ordered a six month supply of lenses from LensDiscounters because they had the best price on my brand. Yesterday just as I was thinking that it was about time to re-order, I received an email from LensDiscounters reminding me to do so. One click on the link and all I had to do was put in my payment information and I was ready to go. Super convenient! I paid for two day shipping, assuming that it really meant 3 - 5 days as is the case everywhere else, but my lenses showed up this morning!

It's a small detail but I really like that LensDiscounters ships in secure packaging that isn't wasteful - the boxes of lenses fit snugly to avoid damage so there's not a ton of extra shipping material that just ends up getting tossed out.

I spent hours online looking for the best place to order my Acuvue Trueyes from, and after spending ages on other sites, only to find all sorts of ridiculous charges added at checkout, I stumbled upon Lens Discounters. Good prices, no extra fees added, by far the best website to use, easy to fill out my order and send in my prescription, and dispatched within a couple of days. I got a nice surprise today when they arrived, only a day after being sent! I thought the free shipping was meant to take a week or so, but the box is clearly marked "2-day priority mail", so it's a real bargain all round. Highly recommended.

LensDiscounters is extremely difficult to deal with. There was a problem with my order and they would only respond to emails with form-letter replies. They form letters told me to mail back the incorrect contact lenses to them for exchange at my expense. Then when they got them, they took no action. Several weeks, emails and voicemails later, still no response. They rarely answer their phone, even though their office hours are clearly shown on their website. I finally got through to someone who said that they'd send me a partial replacement, but not all. I'm out money, time, and frustration. Do not do business with these people.

Fast shipping (just 3day) and great customer service!

I placed my order online Sunday afternoon, and received my contacts on Thursday. THIS is the definition of fast service with no hassle. I don't know why I hadn't heard of this company before, but assuming everything is ok with my contacts (the packaging was good, the actual box the contacts come in looked fine, and my brand and quantity were correct), I will definitely be ordering from this company again. 1-800 contacts has lost me as a customer. Did I mention these contacts were almost exactly 50% the cost of the 1-800 contacts, even including the Lensdiscounters shipping charge? FIFTY PERCENT? Yeah, I'll be back, and I"m going to tell all my friends about this.

I strongly recommended this online store. I ordered a whole year supply of 1-day-Acuvue-moist-90-pack contacts for my daughter from Lensdiscounters.com and was surprised to find this company is the most efficient and has the fastest delivery service among others. I ordered on May 21st (including Dr. prescription) and received my order on May 25th. Wow! can't believe how prompt this store is, compared to my prior experience. Very very happy! Two thumbs up for Lensdiscounters.com !!!!

When i ordered my contacts i accidentally ordered the wrong one. the company e-mailed me to let me know, i called & they changed my order, very simple. I ordered on the 27th and i just got my order today (29th) SUPER....SUPER FAST!!! SUPER HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED :)
