THE WORST
Sending SMS promotions in late nights also, although i contacted them 5 times to stop, everytime same story, probablly talking to bot, didn't bet there for 6 months and was waiting that long for my acc to be verified and be able to withdrawal, THE WORST experience, if I can would give even less rating.
This mistreatment with SMS gave me headaches, how rude they are its impossible, would sue them if there is chance for what they are doing.

Casino doesn't pay
My account was closed, and I have been trying to manually withdraw my funds for more than one month now. First, I was asked to send my details of my bank. Then, after a lot of days, I was said that I could only withdraw using cryptocurrencies, when I haven't made any deposit with cryptos nor have ever used them. So, I created a wallet, learned about crypto, to then be told to send again a bank account from Spain! And then, again to send another wallet of a site! They are delaying my withdrawal as much as possible, and I doubt they will ever pay me. Of course, my account was also closesd for no reason. Never, never play on this casino, you won't be paid.

Sicuramente procederò per via legali, mai vista una cosa del genere, dovete lavorare in modo onesto e non truffando le persone, mettono nel sito che puoi prelevare fino a 10000€ al mese ma qua non si vede un tubo! Da giorno 5 che ho 3 prelievi in sospeso e non contento il sito proprio oggi non da segni di connessione e non ti fa entrare, ragazzi se qualcuno sa come poterli recuperare fatemi sapere io intanto parlo con un avvocato!

They dont pay out
Its been two weeks since i requested a withdrawal, first customer service agent told its 3 working days to process, second agent told 5 working days. After a full week i sent them an email they said payment is delayed due to high volume of transactions. Its 2025, other bookies process payments within hours. They just telling excuses and clearly dont want to pay. Dont deposit here a single cent, there are much better bookies in the industry.

Bets incorrectly voided, nobody looking into it.
Bet on an event that was not live at all, not even close. Sent their support irrefutable proof yet got ignored and told "admin decision". It's crazy what these scam sites get away with, would definetly not happen if I lost money. I repeat: Irrefutable proof- it's impossible that the event was live when I bet, but they do not care. And that over a few hundred euros. Just avoid and dont play there!!!

I hope I could put zero ( 0 ) star to this.
They don't let me withdraw my money. With every try they said "Unexpected error occured".
Trying to chat with them via chat and email and they just said to wait. This is happening for over 2 weeks now and still cannot withdraw my money!
Update cause the company tried to fool the readers here:
I tried for over a month.
I had more than 10+ emails with you in where I asked you to give MY money but you don't answer or ask for the same thing again and again.
And finally your site worked over a month after my first attemp and I withdraw my money.
