Test good, customer service disappointing
I bought the test for a family member. The test itself was very good. The results came back quickly, and were comprehensive and informative. In fact, I bought a second test for another family member based on the usefulness of the first one. However, although I would have liked to purchase two more tests, because I was as not able to have the family discount as advertised on the website, and LifeLab employee Usman appears to have just dropped me instead of answering my question, I will not be purchasing more and have only left 3 stars … but this is due to disappointing customer service not the test itself.

Cameron has been great in assisting me with ordering the correct kit to go along with my test ordered months ago. I wish every company used people like him that you don't have to spoonfeed and can just figure out what you're needing and all the options you have upon how it get what you need.

Being older I didn’t find it a great test and the understanding of it was quite difficult. I am sure it could be simplified somehow.

After waiting 3-5 days, I did not receive my results (they may have been lost in spam mail). I contacted an agent using the 24/5 live chat, and Angel was extremely helpful. I sent her my order number, and she immediately sent my results. Outstanding customer service and a pleasant experience overall!
