Bought wrong item and I paid postage…
Bought wrong item and I paid postage and to return it to where I collected click n collect i cant return it even though its life pharmacy so I have to return item ive to pay €6.50 which is redicillious not ordering off these again

Excellence in customer service and care Kilkenny
This has to be the best pharmacy in Kilkenny. We have been using their services since it opened in 2005. Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful - feel that our family has really benefited from knowing the staff in this pharmacy- always think there are 2 things you need - a good GP and a great pharmacy!

Great online ordering service
Great online ordering service. Was disappointed as the products I wanted were not in stock in the pharmacies, however once you order online they are delivered really quickly to a pharmacy of your choice and there are many of them so that you'll find one (or more) close to you!

Absolutely awful customer service experience
Absolutely awful customer experience. Ordered item on click and collect. Item never arrived to pharmacy.
Was told I couldn't process a return as I needed the item, had to print off a returns form and pay for postage myself. Kind of hard when I never got the product to begin with (!) Absolutely avoid!
