I ordered a Flos lamp early this month, and received on time. Contacted their customer service and got immediate feedback on my shipping, which arrived on the day announced in their email. Great experience and perfect timing.

I send them 3 emails with no answer to non of them Theu claim to distriute everywere in EU and customer support line is GE only!!!!
I got no reply and my order is delayed over 3 weeks!!!!!!
NEVER AGAIN

I ordered a simple Artemide desk lamp. After 3 weeks I got this e-mail:
We cannot keep your last confirmed delivery date.
We have therefore requested the new delivery date from the manufacturer and will let you know as soon as we know it.
You will usually receive a new delivery date within 7-14 days.

Please excuse the delay in delivery.
You can be sure that we are working with the manufacturer to ensure the shortest possible delivery date for you.

Everything fine

Made an order, received it with parts missing. Contacted support, got autoresponce they'll contact me in 24hours. Noone did.
Called them, noone pickedup nor called back.
Now more than a week passed and still noone got back to me. Money spent, lapms doesn't work, noone is responding.
Don't think it's German company.

UPDATE: After a looooong time, many emails, request forms, and phone calls (no one ever spoke to me — I couldn’t reach them by phone), I finally managed to return the lamps. Since it was a year ago, I don’t remember exactly how long it took, but it was a frustrating experience.

Great customer service - thank you for resolving my problem

I ordered from Light11 in February 2021. I was expecting delays because of Covid and Brexit - and there were. I was kept informed and tracked the delivery through UPS. I was expecting post-Brexit customs charges but there were none. Light11 was the only company I could find with the fitting I wanted and which was exporting to the UK.

vi skulle købe en lampe som var udgået fra de danske butikker - vi var lidt i tvivl, da hjemmesiden - specielt deres danske version ser lidt amatøragtig ud med halvskidte oversættelser.

Jeg skrev til kundesupport for at få bekræftet et par ting - jeg fik hurtig respons og varen var i fin stand og meget hurtig leveret via pakkefirma
