I do not recommend this company the Flowers were not delivered on the date scheduled. Very bad service! To whom it happens the same call your bank and open a dispute.

I ordered flowers for a friends funeral and they didn't turn up. I had the same experience as many others i.e customer service didn't want to know and were very unsympathetic. I began emailing Lillian Rose Flowers who first tried to tell me the Funeral Directors had signed for them, when I sent them proof that this was not the case the decided a neighbor had signed for them! After many emails it was obvious that they could not provide proof of delivery. Truth is they had no idea where the flowers were and didn't care. They use a third party deliver company so could only send me a copy of a scribble and no evidence of delivery address. Probably the drivers signature who dumped them. Despite only spending £40.00 I took LRF to court and got my money back out of principle. It's very easy through HM Courts & Tribunals Service (Moneyclaim.gov.uk). It's takes about 10 mins to complete your claim and £25 which you will get back along with the cost of your flowers. So if they didn't deliver what you have ordered please do the same and hopefully this dreadful and unprofessional company will go out of business.

I ordered flowers from this company and they never turned up, they emailed me saying the local florist was unable to deliver due to an emergency but they would deliver them the next day

Mothers day flowers arrived Monday night at 7 pm instead of the Sunday. This is unacceptable, would not use or recommend this company to anyone

We ordered flowers yesterday for 2 different locations one in England and one in Ireland both delivered with the message we requested they were absolutely lovely and fresh thank you so much really couldn't fault ur team

Flowers were all yellow all tho the Mrs loved them. However the card was addressed to myself wen requested to be addressed to Gemma.

I called and placed an order for a £100 bunch of flowers, this was for a special person suffering from a bereavement.
I was asked what I would like on the card, I told them and said I will email it across as well as it was a special message.The person I placed the order through happily took my card details and said the flowers would be delivered that day.

After a few days I contacted as I had not received a notification and did not know if they arrived.
I then found out that the flowers had arrived with no note, nothing. I was sent a photo and it was terrible, the flowers were nice but it was worth no more then £30. Not £100.

I have been calling an emailing for 2 weeks, I do not get replies via email and when I call I get told no one can help or the manager is away and they will call on return but they never do. Today I called to speak to someone and was told the manager will be in tomorrow, I asked to leave a message but was told they do not have a message system.

Staff do not care, are rude and dismissive. NEVER Use this company!!

Ordered a £50+ bouquet for my mother.
Arrived a day early and looked nothing like the picture. Completely different colours and flowers. Flowers sometimes have to be substituted but as my order was supposed to be the next day, there was no need for this.
Not sent in the pretty bag as advertised, but basic tissue style paper and cellophane.
Looked very similar to a £15 Tesco arrangement
Would never ever use again

Did not get the flowers I ordered for a family funeral much much smaller very disappointed would not recommend

Submitted order yesterday but needed specific deliver before 11:45 when my wife finished work. I was emailed back from customer care yesterday after I sent an email to check they could accommodate, immediate reply received and flowers have been successfully delivered today, one very happy wife and and even happier husband thank you very impressed.

Very prompt on delivery flowers were just what I expected beautiful.

Paid for same day delivery for great aunts Birthday, they sent at text at the end of the day to say they wouldn’t be able to make delivery and it would be the next day. So obviously giving me no time to order elsewhere, very disappointed and would at the very least expect it to be delivered first thing the following day not the case ! I only wish I had read the reviews before using this company. Would not recommend don’t advertise same day delivery if you can’t deliver!!!!!

On arriving at the graveside where the flowers were laid I found what looked like my flowers but the had no card attached to them. Also one or two of the flowers didn’t look very fresh. The arrangement itself was quite disappointing!

Very happy with service. Will certainly use again.
