Beautiful flowers received ...Thank you for your immediate response and kindness. Arrangement was full and good quality flowers.

The first time we used Lillianroseflowers flowers, we were very pleased with the arrangement particularly as they were for a funeral, however the second time we used Lillianrose flowers, although the arrangement was very pretty it was certainly much smaller than expected considering the cost.

Flowers were lovely a Beautiful arrangement will certainly order more in the future

You are very brave asking for reviews you don't even deserve 1 star!!!!!This company is totally misleading its looks like they are a local florist which is not the case I ordered and paid for online what was supposed to be same day delivery for a special birthday the payment was taken off my account and a receipt sent saying this would be done. I then received a text at 5pm saying they had no flowers and couldn't deliver until the next day but it was ok because they would upgrade free of charge!!!!!! totally ruined a girft pointless getting flowers after the event and they delivered to the wrong address!!!!!!!! would never recommend and NEVER use this company again absolute SHOCKING SERVICE oh and the number they give you and tell you to call is a message saying they are open from 8.30 am to 5.39pm anytime you call it says they are now closed JOKE JOKE JOKE

Although the flowers arrived on the due date they were in a poor state with many flowers broken. I have emailed the company for their comments but have had no reply.

Easy ordering process and the recipient was delighted with the flowers and balloon received.

The flowers were ordered in time for same day delivery, but arrived the next day, with no warning that they would be a day late. Very disappointing, but the flowers themselves were lovely.

Flowers were not delivered. When I enquired why , by e-mail - this being the only option I was assured of a response within 3 hours. I received no acknowledgement or apology from your company. The flowers were delivered 2 hours after my e-mail but this was 24 hours later than ordered and I have still not received an acknowledgment or apology. I do not consider this an acceptable service

Ordered some flowers for my partners birthday and while she was pleased with the flowers she received I was disappointed with the fact that despite charging what I consider to be an extortionate delivery fee ( £9 for less than a 3 mile trip) we then had to pay a further fee (£3) to get them redelivered because she was not home at the time they originally tried to deliver them, for me this is not what I would call good customer service and I will not be using their services in future.

The recipient of the flowers was highly delighted and sent me a picture. The flowers were lovely and arrived very early on the day.

Flowers were pale, dry and prepared a week earlier and I wrote to you about it but unfortunately you did not reply nor care as a long time returning customer

I ordered well within the ‘same day deluvery’ Cut off and paid just under £8 for same day delivery but flowers were still delivered a day late.

There are honestly no words of warning strong enough that I could use to deter you from using this awful company. They are worse than useless at every level. The flowers arrived a day later after paying for same day delivery, they were totally different from the bouquet I chose and were dead!!! After weeks of emailing back and forth with their head office, I have been offered a 50% refund, which after the double upgrade I was offered, neither of which were received, I felt justified in not accepting. My quest continues......please learn from my mistake, avoid this florist at ALL costs, I desperately wish I had!!

It feels like a joke that I got a message thanking me for my purchase and requesting my review. The flowers that I ordered to be delivered for my mum's birthday never arrived. The company charged me for the order and did not reply to my request for a refund when the flowers did not arrive. It is now 3 weeks since I ordered the flowers for a same day delivery. I have had to go through the dispute process with my credit card company to try to get the money back. Do not use this company!

The flowers delivered were exactly as ordered, lovely!

Extremely poor service, complained and got a very rude response, flowers nothing like what I ordered and were left dumped at reception, on their side, so flowers damaged, and not received on time, a day late delivery, appalling!
