My daughter loves the watch. She downloads her favourite songs to her watch and listen. I can call and text her conveniently. The customer service is excellent and the product is very helpful. I introduced this watch to my friend so she bought for her children too. I Strongly recommend.

We love all the features Lil Tracker offers. This will give our nine-year-old daughter independence. The customer service team helped out a lot during the initial set up. Thanks again!

I have tried a lot of different brands and models for kids tracking / phone watches and LilTracker is by far the best option. Not perfect, but still way ahead of others on the marked. The sound quality / mic quality is especially good. For the first time my kids do not have to repeat every sentence when talking to me through the watch in a loud enviroment.

The app works great and the tracking is consistent (have some patience for it to update, based on the 4G connectivity in the area).

A lot of the features I have not tried yet, but will be more relevant when the kids are older.

All in all, the best kids tracking/phone watch on the marked.

We bought two watches for our kids to be able to keep track of them while they are out with their friends and they have works wonderfully so far. No issues. Nice style and our kids love them.

I purchased the Max LT-2000 for my son less than a year ago and it’s been nothing but problems. Between the terrible service and really shoddy gps tracking, I wish I just invested in an Apple Watch or Gizmo for him. I was even sent a replacement watch because the first one truly was a lemon, but this second one now won’t even turn on and neither the charger it came with nor the extra tabletop one I ordered will charge it! Ridiculous. Stay away from this product and just spend the extra money for quality.

Great watch for our 9 year old daughter! Works well and is very reliable! She is able to be independent with the watch!

Customer service staff are super helpful but the product isn’t very good. Connectivity is spotty at best and blocking unknown callers does not work… somehow they still get through. The app is super frustrating and has limited capabilities. I know you can pay $1.99 to avoid seeing ads, but why should I have to pay to not see ads?! When I need to get to the app quickly I have to bypass ads that take too much time to get by. We have a different watch for our older child that works much more reliably and has much better features. I highly recommend doing your research into what it is you need for your child before purchasing this product. The customer service people are super nice and want to help but CANT due to having a low quality product to troubleshoot.

Top notch customer service, a company that stands behind their product! No product is perfect, but the team at Lil Tracker does all they can to take care of their customers. Yes as other reviews have mentioned the app is not great, hopefully Lil Tracker creates their own app one day.
Sadly, I'm in the US where too many people own guns. My kids are literally in a lockdown RIGHT NOW because of an altercation with a shooter near their school. I was able to listen in to both of my kids classrooms to know that they are safe. I was able to relay this to other parents who all wanted to know what watch they have so of course I let everyone know it's Lil Tracker. That kind of peace of mind is priceless!
I have also never had an experience of emailing or calling a company years later and speaking to the same person. Joya is my customer service buddy! My kids are hard on these watches and Joya has helped me everytime.
Also I have not found any other watch where you can use a SIM card of your choice. We simply don't need a $20+ plan x2 watches so the cheaper T-mobile plan works for us.

Horrible customer service even in face of urgency. Nothing resolved and immature, inconsistent staff responses. Should have been paid to deal with them.

Update: they are refusing to issue a refund until I take down this review! I will not take it down!

Terrible Customer Experience and Product…. Go elsewhere.
We ordered a 2100 watch and they sent a 2200 watch. This was not what we wanted but at first they tried to sell it as an upgrade. We sent the watch back and they had the watch in their possession for 1 month and I still had no refund so I filed a dispute with my credit card. They challenged the dispute so now I have no watch, and I have not received a refund after 2 months! This was their mistake and they have done everything they can to make this harder on me, the customer. On top of it all, the watch is cheap and had a really old interface. Save your time and hassle and go with any other product.

I paid the premium price for their Kids tracker watches because I thought this was a high-quality Canadian-made (or at least designed) and managed product.
It was not. It's the same Chinese watch that you can buy on Amazon for half the price, made by chinagpstracker.cc
Lil Tracker doesn't even have their own app. You need to download the generic app called SeTracker2, which stands at 2.5 stars, with hundreds of users complaining about even the basic functionality.
Such a disappointment.

The kids gps watch does not work. The gps location is always wrong, the sound guardian rarely works, and the app has adds you have to pay to be removed. I am so disappointed with this purchase. My other child has a different watch brand that is way more efficient. I reached out to customer service and have not heard back.

I use the Lil Heath Tracker every day. I find it better than Apple Watch (I have both) for fitness and sleep tracking. Easy to use and a better product than apple. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

The watches are a lifesaver for parents who have kids who are starting to become more independent. I love that they are easy to use, have a GPS tracker and that my kids don't need an expensive smartphone to keep in touch with us.
And customer service is great too!
