I placed an order for an item expecting it to be delivered in the 2-7 working days. This was an item I was looking for quite promptly but couldn't find it anywhere else who would deliver so quick or for a reasonable price. Ebay had some for triple the price.
However when I contacted customer services I was told this was a pre order item with no indication of when it would arrive and I asked for a refund then had no further contact from the company.

If I could give more stars, I would. I ordered a travel system from Lily Cuddles, Wellingborough in February for the stock to come in for April. The company providing the stock kept pushing back the delivery date and Solomon from Lily Cuddles did absolutely everything he could to ensure I would have my car seat in the colour I wanted in time for my due date. He even put aside a different colour for me in case they couldn’t get the correct colour in time but still chased the correct colour until I was able to get it. I actually haven’t dealt with a company/person that has gone above and beyond like Lily cuddles/Solomon had for me and I will be forever grateful for the reassurance I was given at such a hormonal and stressful part in my pregnancy. I would 10000% recommend this place to any expectant parents/parents!

I can't tell you how impressed I was with our store visit today. The owner (apologies I never asked your name!) was attentive, helpful, kind and engaging. He had an absolute passion for what he was showing us, answered my questions patiently (first time dad to be, I had so much to ask) and his pricing was actually excellent. I can't find a reason to fault, the products I bought were great. We're going back in a couple of weeks time to purchase our new pram and car seat. Thank you so much for your kind help today.

I brought the most amazing Cot that turns to a toddler bed which I cannot wait for it to arrive, the business owner himself delivered me a beautiful stand up Moses basket which I am truly grateful for ! Couldn’t have asked for a better service or company to have brought my little boys stuff from. Highly recommend.

Ordered a baby carrier and was told it would be delivered in 2-7 working days. Having received nothing (including any update) for 14 days, I phoned the shop and was told that the item was out of stock and a refund would be issued. I understand items can go out of stock but (a) I would have expected to have been contacted about this before I phoned the shop to chase my order; and (b) when I phoned the shop 14 days later, the website was still showing the item as in stock and available for order. I mentioned this to the lady on the phone whose explanation was that they are a small business. Being a small business is no excuse for poor customer service. If they can't meet demand they should think about hiring more staff or otherwise restructuring the business.

Total frauds, I ordered my item almost a month ago for my daughters birthday and have received nothing. I have sent emails, contacted through Facebook, phoned and left voicemail messages and I am yet to receive a reply. I now have a very upset daughter that did not receive the present she wanted on time abd will now have to chase up a refund with my credit card company..... do not order from this company.

Ordered an item a month ago and have still not received. It was clearly never in stock. No response to calling or emailing Lilycuddles. Contact is impossible to obtain a refund, they just steal your money and don’t send the items you have bought. DO NOT USE!!!

No contact from anyone at the company regarding order, even after 5 phone calls, 4 emails and 2 social media messages!
Bought a product from their website, had a confirmation and then absolutely nothing, no product and no reply to contact attempts. Website states that you are entitled to a refund if product not in stock, but chance of that would be a fine thing given that they do not respond to any contact attempts! Will be seeking refund through cc company

If I could I wouldn't even give 1 star . I ordered a cot mattress on the 17thFeb the delivery was between 2-7 days still have not received the mattress. I have emailed and telephoned still have not had an answer.

I ordered something different to what I actually received. I emailed at least 3 times and no one ever responded to me. So now I have an item I didn’t want and didn’t order and not the one I did want and ordered.

Ordered an item and paid for next day delivery.
Item wasn’t even dispatched until the next day and hasn’t even arrived the day after dispatch.
Have emailed twice with no reply.
Poor poor service, would not recommend. They’re happy to take extra money and not proved the service that money is paid for.

Highly recommend visiting this shop. We Visited the store last weekend and felt so welcomed and the Man and Lady that was working there were so helpful, lovely people. Customer service was brilliant. We will be visiting there again.

I ordered stair gates for the new house that i was moving to so the kids shouldn't fall down. Delivery was supposed to be between 2-7 days from ordering however i'm still waiting almost a month later. The phone number goes nowhere, the emails don't get answered. They're pocketing innocent peoples money while my kids are falling down the stairs!!! I hope you feel bad, and i'll send any medical bills your way!!!

I ordered safety gates 19th November. After one week I received an update that the gates have been dispatched. I checked the tracking number received on 4th of December and the gates weren’t even collected. I wrote an email to ask for my order to be canceled and money refunded but no response. I also tried to call the number but no response as well. It wouldn’t have been a problem if I hadn’t needed them urgently as my daughter had almost fallen from the stairs twice already. Think twice before buying from them.

Ordered a cotbed and wanted to cancel as per their site if it hasn’t been processed this can be done because it no longer was suitable. I have emailed them 3 times and called almost daily for a week and haven’t heard back. Their shipping times were indicated as 2-7 days for it and I haven’t gotten any update whether their canceling it or shipping out. I would like to order a different one but can’t until I know what’s happening with this.

Dollowing on from the reply below. I still have no received my changing matt ordered months ago, nor the 'replacement' thatvwas apparently sent only due to writing a review on trust pilot. Still unable to contact via email, no replys to any of my emails. No phone call as requested to get this sorted once and for all. I expect more than just my order received now. This customer service is dreadful!! Can someone please call me not just reply on trust pilot to act like your following up when your not.

Ordered baby bibs and accessories for three new mothers and sent it to their respective addresses with no issues whatsoever. Also attended their showroom opening today in Wellingborough and it looked amazing!
