Cheapest i could find, and my goods were delivered on time.

Placed an order on 28/07/2022 and have had no updates since. I have emailed the sales email on the order confirmation and had no response. I have attempted to call the number 8 times and the call fails. I have submitted a contact form via the website. I just want to know where my order is?!

this company is a FRAUD!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! we purchased a stroller which was faulty when folding. we contacted them within the return period to ask for a replacement or refund and they didn't answer the phones! then i managed to find them on instagram and messaged them and they said we have had staff shortages so could not answer and somebody will call you tommrw. 3 weeks on and im still waiting for this call. i messaged again and they have ignored my messages and not replied. i am now contacting the financial ombudsman to make a claim as this company is violating consumer rights by doing this. dont use them as if theres any issues they will never get back to you. We now have a stroller that we paid over £100 for and doesn't even fold when opened and have had to buy another one. absolutely disgraceful. can't believe they are allowed to advertise on all these platforms and noone has stopped them! i will definitely be taking this further as they are ripping people off!!!

I purchased a baby gate for £50 with this company with fast delivery. 4 weeks ago, I have tried to email with no response, I have messaged via there website with no response, I have tried to call but the line is dead.

They are ignoring me and and have taken my £50.

This must be a scam, and still unresolved.
Do not purchase from this company.

Purchase and delivery was super fast. Very easy to navigate their website and they are super friendly. The items I got were of great quality. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.

I’m very disappointed about this company.I ordered a Ickle bubba globe pushchair 240£ and I don’t recive the product.I tried to email them and call them and nobody answered.If someone can tell me how we can report them to stop their company maybe there are lots of peoples who past the same.This peoples have to stop scamming.Who will refund me 240£ ? Nobody!!!

I have tried contacting you via email many times. On your website it says 48 hours reply it’s been 5 days. Your return portal doesn’t work, it said to contact you, I have done this via phone which either says call failed or no-one answers and you have not replied to emails. Looking at reviews, many people are saying the same thing.

recently bought a Joie travel cot at a really good price. Before purchasing, I was a bit worried because of the negative reviews I read. I called and spoke to a guy called Sam who was very helpful and reassured me. The Cot was delivered with no issue. I am happy with the service and feel this might just be a small business trying to find it's feet. Either way, I got my bargain😎

I ordered the Munchkin baby swing from lilly cuddles on the 14th December. But I did not receive a confirmation email nor have I recieved the product! Tfe cmoany does noit trply to emails & the phone number is non-existent. I would like a refund! Terrible service

The company is fake, the product doesn't turn up, the phone number doesn't work and they don't email you back!! Complete and utter scam, do not buy from this company you will loose your money!

Utter waste of space. No parcel delivered after paying for next day tracked delivery. Nothing the day after either. No one answers to phone only a recorded message saying that no one is available to answer. Repeated emails no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAM !!

This Company is a joke if you can avoid to buy anything from them. I order my item on 22/09 and it should be delivered in 7 working days. It is nearly month later now and still not received my item and can’t contact them by phone and emails. When I checking order status on website it says processing. I got enough now so start a claim with paypal. Scam company.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is, hands down, the worst company I've ever come across. Absolutely zero communication, paid for next day delivery and a month later still nothing. No one answered the phone when I've tried multiple times not does anyone respond to emails. At a loss of what to do but it's money down the drain! Do not use this company!!

This company doesn’t answer the phone or refund money paid. Do not order anything from them.

This is a terrible company. Ordered a dolls pram for our granddaughter at around £50 on 4th December 2020. They acknowledged the order and took our money and we never heard from them again. They don’t answer the phones and they don’t respond to emails. We had to raise a case through PayPal and only today, over 6 weeks later, has our money been refunded. Don’t touch this shower with a barge pole.
