Very professional and friendly locksmith. Knew a lot about his business. Prompt and efficient.

I was desperate having my elderly mother with me and we had left one set of keys in the lock on the inside by mistake so couldn't get in. The guy that came was there in 30 mins and we were in in a flash he was polite and efficient and I would recommend without hesitation

they contacted me within minutes, were immediately responsive and the repair tech (Andy) came even ahead of the scheduled time, and fixed the problem within minutes. If I had a caveat I would say it was a little bit pricey for what was done, but it was agreed in advance and there were no hidden costs or sales push to replace anything. I was very happy that the problem was solved so efficiently and quickly

Quick, efficient and pleasant

Phoned on Wednesday and requested a visit to replace a sticky mortice lock . I asked if it could be done before I got to work and they agreed on Friday.
They turned up on time and quoted on the spot for replacement.
Job done to fantastic standard and pleasant staff would recommend to anyone.

I was locked out . I was in a state. I was going to a concert and my tickets were inside . I needed to get changed. The man who answered the phone listened to my anxious story , understood and within 30 minutes a lovely engineer was at my door. He got it open in seconds. Thank you . Great service .

Arrived on time, sorted the damaged lock out and replaced with improved lock. Also replaced front door lock which was poor quality. No problems at all.

Extremely happy with the service the guy that came to fit my new lock on my back door went above and beyond. He even had a look at my front door as I'd been having issues with the lock and he made the door easier to use but did also advise that it really did need replacing which is what I thought.
