I had Liam today for repair and he arrived on time
Liam arrived on time. He was very understanding. I have obessessive compulsive disorder but he was so cooperative. Thank you and hope to have him again if have problems with my tapes repair. He discussed all the repairs explained well.

Myself as well as other residents had been unable to use sinks and appliances due to a bad blockage. Previous attempts were unsuccessful until Byron came!! He was fantastic and determined to get it sorted for us , which he did. We cannot thank him enough for his efficiency, determination and professionalism.

Arron was brilliant today
Arron was brilliant today. He was thorough, persistent, got the job done after 4 previous engineers didn't, and he did something I don't see other engineers do - cleaned up completely. I was very impressed with his with ethics.
