Phill Gorman was very helpful and efficient. He called to advise he had arrived on site and knew exactly where the location of the blockage was.

We got back to our flat late to discover water backing up into our bath and all of the plumbing linking from the bath, the sink and the kitchen blocked. Another plumbing company quoted us for a very expensive and extensive repair that could take up to 3 hours +. Phillip turned up afterwards at 11 that night on zero notice and fixed the blockage within 30mins- resolving the problem straight away, explaining the issue was caused by the wider users in the building, and provided advice on how to avoid the issue happening again in the future. A massive thank you to him!
