The item I ordered arrived very quickly…
The item I ordered arrived very quickly and was exactly as was advertised.
However I did have some difficulties accessing the online Pay-Pal payment service and so before using the alternative option to pay with my credit card, as I had not previously used this company I decided to telephone them to ensure they were a bonafide concern, where despite it only being around 08:30 hrs my telephone call was answered straight away and after a brief conversation with a very pleasant lady I was completely satisfied that this was indeed the case.

Very friendly and efficient team. Very glad I found them. They had a piece of music I had been seeking for some time, I could not find it on line, until I came across the London guitar studio. A great library to choose from thank you, search over.

Good Experiences
I have used LGS for strings and music a few times and generally had good experiences. My most recent order initially failed to arrive but they handled it quickly.

We are very sorry that your initial order was not delivered but hopefully once you had contacted us we sent out a replacement and everything was resolved. We use Royal Mail and usually they are fine but occasionally things do go astray. Just get in touch if your order doesn't turn up as expected. Many thanks for the kind feedback, LGS.

They made a mistake for my order. I got sent a whole set instead of only the trebles which I ordered.

Thanks for the feedback, we didn't have just the trebles in stock so instead we sent you a full set for the same cost, there was no extra charge and we wrote this on the receipt in the package. Sorry for the inconvenience but we thought having some string was preferable to waiting for just the trebles. Thanks, LGS.

Wide choice of classical strings and great customer service
London Guitar Studio has a very good selection of strings for classical guitar, I was able to order Knobloch Erithacus strings I was unable to source elsewhere. Unfortunately there was an issue with Royal Mail, and the strings didn't arrive. However when I contacted London Guitar Studio they sent out replacements immediately and without quibble. I can't fault the customer service, and will definitely use them again.
