Had problems with a new piethat I had bought. Looked in the box for troubleshooting and after that didn't work I followed the steps to contact customer service. Customer Service was amazing, fast and super kind! 100% recommend and will always keep purchasing Lookah products ☮️

I bought a box of coils and the first one out the box only lasted maybe 20hrs..as u can probably guess I was pretty mad especially considering the price..I wrote a complaint and within a few hours I was getting a response and the company made sure to rectify the situation and they did it quickly, great job

Lookah gets 5 stars for innovation alone, I have tried many of their devices for many years and I just can't put them down.

I absolutely love them, all of them, especially their quartz-coil line up. The dish coil A is not very good I recommend ANY other one (I personally love B coil).

Lookah customer service has went above and beyond for me, when I emailed them having an absolute melt-down.

Upon placing my order I was told it'd take 5-7 days for my product to be delivered.
After almost 48h I got no shipping update so I emailed them. They promptly updated the shipping details to "label created"... 48h after placing the order only a shipping label was created... I ordered it on a Thursday. The shipping label should've been created Friday 😒
I waited another 72h and got no further updates so I emailed them again.
They gave me the weak excuse ~"the main people who process orders are on vacation. Be patient"..
Mf first of all, I'd already been patient for 5 days. Second... you mean to tell me you have nobody else who can handle the orders? Bs.
It's now been an additional 96h and have had no update whatsoever. I checked DHL Commerse and it says it'll be AN ADDITIONAL 6 DAYS before my product is delivered... What the actual fk is wrong with them 🙄 can't find the product I ordered anywhere else online or I'd cancel the order and order it elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable.

The fast response was great! And they immediately offered to help me and even send me another replacement device. Im very satisfied with the service and support.

I had ordered some coils from them and it unfortunately got stolen and after dealing with USPS they offered to sent out another order. It was good customer support would be 5 stars just takes them a couple of days to get back.

We sell Lookah products at our store CottonMouth in Vancouver BC, and not only are the devices solid, their customer service is fantastic. We had a customer who's device stopped working (fist one out of several sold) and the team at Lookah is replacing the device after providing some simple information.

Extremely happy with the customer service I received. Top notch from start to finish. I am a very satisfied customer!

Bad service. Cheap product. If your making a huge purchase its not a big deal, but if you just want more coils for your vapes its 49.99. Free shipping is at 50 before taxes. So you either have to shell out 20 dallor on shipping or buy more stuff from them. Keep in mind the cheapest thing they have not on sale is 15 dollars so theyre srewing you either way. Its a huge f u to repeat business. They also shipped half my order from their warehouse here in the state and the rest from chiana without any word except an email with a different tracking number after your first one ship so it just seems like a shipping update not a completely different package from another country.

I bought my seahorse king this past August and loved it! Then a few days ago it decided it didn't want to work anymore and I contacted Lookah sent a video and a replacement is on the way! I have many of their products and love them now I have even more reason to continue my brand loyalty! Awesome 5 star customer service!

Purchased my Lookah Unicorn and had issues with it failing on me mechanically after just a few uses.

Lookah was initially hesitant and offered discount to replace, but made the decision to replace it completely given the circumstances surrounding the situation. I’ve had no issues with my new Unicorn and it’s working great!

I had bought a seahorse pro plus from a dispensary near me and unfortunately it did not work. I reached out to Lookah and within 2 days a replacement pen was shipped out. The company is very quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I have multiple Lookah products from the Seahorse to the Dragon egg and just purchased An Octopus for dabbing , it did end up having a defect after about a week of use but Lookah was on it as soon as i emailed them regarding my issue and had no problem sending me a replacement asap !!! Love the customer service and will continue my Lookah collection 🔥
