Relatively straightforward. Very helpful manager who took us through the process and kept us informed. Picking up the car all was working well and the handover took very little time

3 year service carried out brilliantly. No issues.
MOT at the same time was carried out, only problem is I booked it in one month before, expecting the certificate to be dated from the date of purchase, which was not the case. On querying this, I was informed that it can only be dated of MOT, therefore I have an MOT for one month, which was not needed, on querying this, the date can not be changed. Should have been told that on day of booking in.
I then asked if my mobile could be connected for hands free, as I was experiencing difficulty. I was then given an interrogation, as to whether I purchased the car there, in a rude manner, not the service I expected
from a main dealer. Will think again, where to send my car for next service.

Arrange car pick up and drop off the gentleman pick up car first thing, dropped it off when it was finished i always look forward to the health check video, so easy just how should be. Thanks Mercedes

I just dropped into the car park around 5pm to have a look at a GLC with the possibility of getting one in a few months time. I was also interested in a BMW and Audi. Louise came out and offered to get me a test drive immediately and see the inside of the latest model. I have been incredibly impressed with the service I received from Louise and Lookers throughout and delighted I chose the GLC.

I had. a scuffed alloy wheel repair coordinated by Lookers Mercedes Tonbridge, which was very efficiently handled.

As always the staff, they are friendly and professional at all times. When I have turned up in an emergency (pot hole tragedies) they have explained the situation clearly on what is required and how long it will take. Really helps to understand the procedures involved and make any necessary arrangements. They have always completed full health check on my vehicle to ensure my safety, which is a huge comfort in knowing the outcome.

Collect vehicle, annual service and bring it back. All went smoothly.

I was booked in for an express A service on my one year old CLA.All the staff I encountered were very polite and helpful and the service and car wash went according to time. All in all a very good professional experience and one I would thoroughly recommend to Mercedes owners.

A very good visit to have a worrying sign on my dashboard examined .
This was quickly remedied: the rolling blinds on my radiator were not functioning properly but were fixed rapidly .
My wife had come to pick me up but had got lost . This was very worrying but Jo in the reception organised transport so I could pick her up and return to MB . Magnificent customer service indeed .

I had my Eclass Convertible serviced and MOT’d under its service plan, I find the service department at Lookers Tonbridge extremely efficient thoroughly helpful and importantly polite and customer driven. The service team to me remains the main reasons why I continue to own two Mercedes, I’ve been having my Mercedes serviced here roughly since 2009 an experienced team with good all round knowledge and experience shines through. My son also now owns two Mercedes as a result of my confidence in the service team.
