Tolle wunderschöne Lampe
Tolle wunderschöne Lampe. Super Licht und top verarbeitet. Aber bei dem Preis würde ich mir etwas mehr durchdachtes packacking Design wünschen. Passendes Befestigungsmaterial. Und der Baldachin aus Plastik wirkt nicht passend zur Leuchte.
Aber Produkt selbst. Top.

Sehr verständnisvoller, netter und schneller Kundenservice! Mir ist meine Panthella 250 leider kaputt gegangen - sie ist mir gebrochen und zusätzlich geht sie nicht mehr an. Ich habe diese vor über einem Jahr gekauft. Der Kundenservice hat nicht gezögert und mir direkt eine neue Lampe zugesendet, da meine Alte leider nicht zu reparieren ist. Ich finde die Lampen sind das Investment wert, vor allem wenn man bedenkt wie gut die Garantie und der Kundenservice greifen, wenn doch mal etwas passiert.

Allt gick bra till slut! Innan dess fick jag mail med info om konstiga leveranstider. Istället för utlovat ca 3-4 veckor, informerades det om datum 6 månader bort. När jag ringde och talade med Er så sa ni att den var slut i lager. Men som sagt så levererades mitt paket enligt info på hemsidan som vid köptillfället - bra eftersom all info däremellan var felaktig. Mvh Per

Wäre top, Versand flop
Lampe und Verpackung super, der Versanddienstleister DPD eher weniger. Wenn ich beim Dienstleister eine Packstadion anwähle und das Paket dann an Ende in einem zwielichtigen "Shop" landet, der auch noch eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten hat, finde ich das weniger gut.
