Stuart was so helpful and professional when booking our cruise. Explained everything to us, we were very impressed.

Great price and great itinerary - Stuart (Gow-Smith) was very helpful and explained in detail the trip and stateroom options for the cruise. He also explained the visa (ETA) requirements and had several recommendations in the ports of call. The whole booking process was really very smooth.

This is our first cruise booked with Loveitbookit, we have never used a Cruise Agency before and either use Trailfinders or book direct with the Cruise company and make our own travel arrangements. Very straightforward booking process on the phone and Olivia was a pleasure to deal with as we ended up later booking for additional family members as well. She answered all our questions and followed up very promptly with any queries. Since booking we have contacted the company several times to tweak the package regarding flights and additional days pre cruise to Japan. Spoke to several staff who were very friendly and professional and Abbie who has been so helpful and patient with our requests. Though you book a package they can tailor make your arrangements as in our case :the choice of hotel; length of stay; a local airport departure rather than London and the type of ticket ( as the flight tickets have not yet been issued) so that has given us more flexibility and the additional costs have been reasonable. Once booked you can access your account through the website or phone them. Everything is clearly set out and you have a choice of paying online or over the phone.

We contacted Olivia directly as she had booked a previous cruise for us. We find Olivia to be extremely friendly and helpful and she always answers our questions. Cruises are not cheap holidays so to have an advisor who talks you through everything is very important to us.

The lady on the phone Olivia Smith was really helpful and engaging answering all of my questions. Very smooth booking experience.

This is the second time we used Loveitbookit, as we were so impressed with everything last time. On this occasion, yet again, the service was friendly, helpful, efficient and informative. Olivia provided both personal and professional experience and information which helped us make appropriate decisions around our booking. For what is included, it is also exceptionally well priced. Great service, which we will now make out default for booking great cruise experiences.

Just booked a cruise to S.America and would like to thank Matthew H. for his help and assistance in making the booking.
He answered all our questions prior to us booking and made the process very easy.
Great service thank you !

Just booked a trip of a lifetime with LoveitBookit, the knowledge and assistance given to us by Becky the Cruise Specialist that we were lucky to have answer my call was excellent. I had a lot of questions to ask, all of which were confidently and very professionally answered and gave us confidence to book. The advice and tips on various things was greatly appreciated.

Very helpfull ,answered and explained any detail we asked, suggesting a couple of recommendations of places to see.

Natalie was quick efficient and friendly.

No messing straight to the point . Gave good advice when asked and booking went very smoothly . Agent was very nice and knowledgeable overall very good experience

I recently booked a Holiday cruise through LoveitBookit for myself and my wife, I would just like to say to all those involved, that the procedure was effortless especially with the upgrading of our flights from Heathrow to Sydney and the return from Bali to Heathrow. I’d like to give the young lady (Tanya Weilding) who spent a lot of time keeping this old pensioner on the right path throughout a special thanks for her patience

I have booked a number of cruise holidays with LoveItBookIt and John Hull has personally dealt with each one. He was knowledgable, accommodating and helped us decide on our cruise choices, explaining each trip thoughrly. When we decided to look at an option to add on a trip to our Amazon river Cruise to take in the Igazu Falls, John expertly and quickly gave us options for the changes. Great customer service, therefore booked four holidays in last 18 months 🥰😎

Becky contacted me quickly after I left an online enquiry. She was very helpful and explained everything in great detail.I was very happy with the whole booking process
