First time using Love It Book It and I was very happy with the booking process for our cruise to Alaska with John, who was very friendly, helpful and professional. I had researched this particular holiday well so knew what we were getting in our package, but John confirmed everything anyway. He then talked me through the cabin options available and the best deck to be on and lots of other little details were discussed like when we can go online and book excursions and speciality dining etc. I have received my booking confirmation in writing and everything is as discussed. Just wish we didn’t have to wait until Sept 27 for this cruise.

Booked through Love it Book it via John Hull who was very patient as I was inquiring on behalf of six people. He was not pushy at all and has been so helpful with any follow up questions.I am pleased with the organisation and am looking forward to our holiday.

I cannot thank love it book it for all help and support in planning our recent trip of a lifetime to Singapore and Australia on celebrity solstice, especially during the recent challenges of the flights during the conflict in the UAE. The trip was well organised, had outstanding quality of hotels either side of the cruise, and from all involved that helped make it such a special time, the communication was outstanding, even during the cruise. All the team were all so reassuring. From talking to other travellers on the cruise everyone who booked with yourselves said the same thing, Again a big thanks and looking forward to our next trip to Antarctica.

Olivia (our assigned Cruise Specialist) was patient, friendly and really helpful. We felt reassured with Olivia’s knowledge and support plus the booking process was easy and pleasant and all questions were answered. This was a first booking with LoveitBookit but we’d definitely use them again for future holidays due to our booking experience

I had several questions and some changes we wanted to make to an itinerary, all of which Olivia was able to advise, quote and action. Fabulous service from a great company.

We see a cruise we liked, but it did not quite match what we required, Becky contacted us and added the parts we required. She was most helpful, and cheerfully helped as much as she could. We have now booked and it is all thanks to Becky.

I spoke with Natalie on the phone . She was helpful, the promotion of the holiday was good. Website was easy to navigate Too early to say about the holiday, as it’s not until 2028 .

Our booking was handled by Matthew. We had a number of questions which he dealt with very quickly and was able to offer additional very helpful advice. Also, when I raised a small issue later he responded immediately and quickly corrected the issue. Overall the booking experience was very satisfactory.

Booking was fine at point of paying but over the weeks prior to cruise I have had to contact company 3 times, regards booking namely:
:Breakfast not shown as included at hotel.
:Not being able to claim booking discount when attempting to book tour.
:Only finding out, via another customer complaint, 'Tourist Tax' was not included in total cost, leaving customer to complain at hotel re extra family costs!
When you pay £5k for a 12 day holiday these things should all be done, not for customer to sort. Also the answer, though true, the tourist tax is listed within section 15, ie the small print, it's a cheap way of quoting holiday price, i e Flights included, says on TV but as always, only from London! All this cheapens the holiday booking.

In a word ‘Natalie’, from our first contact to actual booking Natalie really kept us informed and was very helpful and knowledgeable

Following the review I posted yesterday I was contacted by Megan who wanted to know what my concerns were. We had an in depth conversation and Megan said she would see what she could do to help. Within a very short time Megan had found suitable flights and emailed me the information. I now have my confirmed booking email which includes our flights. Thank goodness for Megan.

Fast, informative and efficient service from John Hull on my last two bookings with LoveItBookIt. John took me through the options, cruise ship itinerary, state rooms etc to help me get the best experience possible for my next two trips and facilitated my needs with deposits. I appreciate good customer service and John was great.

Really easy to book and Becky was very helpful, made it so easy

Not long back from a lovely trip to South America which, of course, Mark helped us book. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and nothing is too much trouble, no question is too silly and you can always rely on answers from Mark. This trip was guided really well from the moment we arrived in Argentina with Eduardo first of all, ensuring we all had relevant information for the next couple of days and waving us off at the port. Once again I would commend on the guide we had from the port at Rio to take us to our flight to Iguazu. He had gone to the airport the day before and had all our boarding passes and luggage tags, above and beyond. Also ensuring that our party were fast tracked through the priority lane. Again we had superb guides at Iguazu for the duration and Gisela did a great job at the airport with each couple ensuring our baggage was tagged all the way to the final destination which was much appreciated. I really do think they did a great job partnering for this trip which was appreciated. I found the hotel in Buenos Aires perfectly acceptable and in a very good location. The hotel at Iguazu was not so great, a bit in need of a refresh and very noisy at points. Overall, another fantastic holiday with lots of special memories so thanks again to LIBI for making this adventure possible. I will continue to use LIBI and look to Mark for help and guidance when choosing.

I would recommend looking at their programme and book it yourself.
Our hotel in Buenos Aires was not the advertised 5 star. Love it book it take the word of the hotel and not the customer.
The hotel told love it book it we were up graded to a suite. This was absolutely incorrect. The had no sitting area, no tea and cafe facilities, no dressing gowns, slippers. There was only one seat in our room safe to sit on.
The hotel had paint and plaster falling off the walls
We had a bat in our bathroom over night and even though we never open a window we were told it was because we opened the window. We had to ask for compensation and the hotel told the tour operator we were given champagne. Again categorically incorrect. We were given house fizzy rose!

They use a budget airline which was unacceptable for a long haul flight. We booked together and we seated separately. The facilities and staff were very poor
